jeremy who gets stuck at his family’s house for a few weeks and jean who’s going through a jeremy withdrawal and he’s grumpy af the whole time that it drives the girls kinda crazy. then jeremy gets back a few days earlier than he said he would at the crack of dawn and on his way to the bathroom jean finds him in the living room petting jabberwocky. and he freezes on his feet. jeremy stands up with a smile and goes “oh, morning. they let me get out early and i wanted to surp-“ without thinking jean walks up to him and he takes jeremy in his arms. and buries his face in his neck. and breathes all of him. and it’s so jeremy. and it’s what’s been missing in the house. because finally he can breathe for the first time in weeks.
