Joel Marsh Garland in the 2000s

Joel Marsh Garland started his film career in 2000 as the victim in the film Interstate 84.
In 2001, Joel appeared in 3 films and an appearance on Law & Order.

The Believer, starring Ryan Gosling. Here Joel he plays a young KKK member.


Snipes, starring Sam Jones III, and rapper Nelly. Joel plays one of a group of bad guys.

Thirteen Conversations About One Thing, included an array of stars, such as Alan Arkin and Matthew McConaughey in different tales culminating in the question "What is happiness and how do you achieve it?" Joel is in only one small scene with one line.
In 2002, Joel Marsh Garland appeared in one-off roles in 3 TV shows, Third Watch, Witchblade and The West Wing and in a small role in the film, Maid In Manhattan.




Joel appeared in an episode of Third Watch as a scared, angry, threatening patient who needs to be restrained in bed.
In 2003, Joel played a bouncer in the film, Death of a Dynasty.

Joel also played in one scene of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as a Building Manager in 2003.










Joel next appeared on an episode of Johnny Zero in 2005 (no photo), then another episode of Law & Order: SVU, playing a White Supremacist accused of murder.
In 2006 Joel appeared in 3 films, The Night Listener, Just Like the Son & Lady in the Water and one-off appearances of TV shows, Conviction and Kidnapped. (no photos)
In 2007 Joel appeared Rocket Science, Watching the Detectives and Heavy Petting, as well as starring in the short film, The Hunter. He was also in another episode of Law & Order.

In 2009 Joel appeared in the thriller, The Undying and an episode of Life on Mars and...
