Part 2.... Prompt: I would love a fic where Michael and Lucifer are mending their relationship, and Lucifer realizes the trauma of Michael's injury. How he doesn't like when people stare and how he struggles to do everyday things. I would also love Ella being a friend to him and helping him through it all. A stroy about learning to love yourself, and Michael and Lucifer becoming closer.

Summary... Michael remembers vividly the day he lost his wings and his life changed forever, the victory he so longed for was taken away from him. It was a sunny day in September.

As the remaining months passed, nearing those holidays that drove humans so crazy, his life had become far from cheerful and Christmas wasn't going to change that... or so he thought. The reality was much kinder than he expected, he learned as much about the situation as his brothers did about him.

They say that miracles happen around that time, that the unexpected becomes reality, that winter brings hearts together and resolves long conflicts and grudges. If someone had told him that would happen to him, he would have laughed in their face. And yet, as if by magic, he and Lucifer began to understand each other and recover the bond they once had, Amenadiel remembered that he was his older brother first and foremost, and that was just the beginning.

Perhaps Christmas would bring more than one miracle after all.
