If you're under warranty I would say just go for it and get the speaker repaired, I know because the last repair wasn't smooth sailing it feels like something else will go wrong but it's very unlikely that another issue will happen, you don't want to be faffing about with speaker phone if you need to have a phone call in a crowded place etc hope everythings sorted soon!

Yeah I see your point about using the speaker phone if I'm in a crowded place but two issues have come up since the initial repair so I'm just worried that something else might happen after that and it go on and on.

What would you do?

Following on from my previous post, I now know people can hear me on a call when I use speakerphone and I don't make many calls anyway so I might tell the repair guy that I'll not bother now as I don't want to risk something else going wrong.

My sister thinks they should fix it as they technically broke it. It's under warranty for the initial repair of the charging port so I wouldn't have to pay for it but I just don't want the hassle of something else happening.

It turns out that people can hear me on a call on speaker phone but not off speaker phone! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel like I'm at the end of my tether this week.

My phone died on Monday and it wouldn't charge. I took it to a repair shop and they fixed the charging port. But then it wouldn't connect to 4G and I couldn't get texts or calls so I took it back. They fixed that today but now the mic isn't working so people cannot hear me on a call but I can hear them. I don't actually make many calls on my phone so I'm not too bothered anyway. They said they would order another part but I don't know whether to just leave it. I'm anxious that something else might go wrong when they fix the mic.

I thought they were meant to be the best phone shop in town but maybe not.

Also work is stressing me out. I'm grateful we've got a bank holiday weekend.
