For the longest time I didn’t have a very solid idea on how I wanted to approach this card.  I originally wanted to do something along the lines of A Story About You/A Story About Them, but the Justice card was already somewhat tied into that element of WTNV and I didn’t want to resort to duplicates unless I absolutely had to.  Luckily the current arc gave me stuff to work with!

I was glad that the Dog Park has become the crux where Cecil has had to rethink the status quo.
