"Do you wanna hang out later?" Itadori asked, his head tilting like a like a dog. Megumi was staring at him. He was lost in Itadori's amber eyes.

He was thinking about kissing Itadori right there on the spot. He looked like a puppy, with the way he was animatedly talking about something. It was endearing.

It took itadori waving his hand in front of Megumi's face to get him to snap out of it.

"Helloo?" Itadori dragged out the O. "Earth to Megs?"

"H-huh? What did you say? I was lost in thought." Megumi blushed slightly, hopefully not enough for Itadori to catch.

Itadori was dense in a way, but not when it came to Megumi. It's like he was fine-tuned to notice every change with Megumi. Even if the change was tiny. He definitely noticed the blush and the way he was staring at him. He smiled brightly.

"I asked if you wanted to hang out tonight? You get to pick the place this time." Itadori said, chuckling slightly.

Megumi pouted a bit. He looked downwards towards the sidewalk, trying to hide his blush this time.

"Sure, Yuuji, how about my house?" Megumi looked back up at Itadori. He had a small smile on his face.

Megumi blushed more and turned his head to the side in embarrassment. Itadori snorted. He locked pinkies with Megumi, and they started to walk to Megumi's house.

"Well, this is my home. Do you want to go to my room? Or hang out here. We can play video games here because I don't have a console in my room." Itadori hummed in thought.

"Oh! How about we play some video games in here and then move to your room. Would that be good?" Itadori smiled.

"Sure, Yuuji." Megumi smiled softly at him.

"Hey! you got me with a shell! Unfair!" Itadori yelled. They were playing Mario Kart 8 deluxe, and Itadori was losing. "I don't have a Switch at home! Go easy on me!" Itadori complained.

"Nah, you just suck! Boom! I win again!" Megumi taunted. He stuck his tongue out like a child. He felt his inner child slip out aroundItadori. He may have had his reserves at first, but Itadori was easy to warm up to. Megumi was laughing hard. For the first time in forever, it felt like.

Itadori stopped yelling to admire Megumi. He looked so pretty like this. Laughing, having fun. It felt so nice seeing a sweet expression on his face. Itadori couldn't take it anymore. He grabbed the sides of Megumi's face and pulled him in.

The kiss was short, but long enough for Megumi to be in shock. Megumi looked at Itadori, his eyes wide.

"Shit! I'm sorry. I didn't know if you wanted it or if I took your body language wrong. Shit. I'm so sorry-" Itadori rambled on. Megumi reeled himself in. He shook his head and did the same thing Itadori did. This kiss was longer, and sweeter than the first.

It took Itadori a second, but he kissed Megumi back. The kiss was like fireworks igniting. It took forever for one of them to finally take the step but it was worth it.

They pulled apart to take a breath. Their faces were red. Itadori attempted another kiss but was stopped.

"If we want to continue, we have to go to my room. I'm not willing to get caught by everyone because they would freak out." Itadori nodded in understanding before being lead to the room and the locking the door behind them.

"Megs~, we're home!" Gojo looked around to not see Megumi anywhere. He saw Itadori's shoes by the door and realized something. "Awww, Suguru~, they got together the same way we did!" He looked behind him to see Geto not far behind with the girls. Geto and Gojo took Mimiko, Nanako, and Tsumiki out for a girls' night. So they were just getting home.

"Wait, really? Aww, Megumi finally has a boyfriend."

"Wait, really!? Finally!" Tsumiki and Nanako shouted. They all decided to pester him in the morning.
