hey guys how does a fatass who eats to feel better and when theyre bored (me) develop ana?? because i need to do something. i cant get fatter than this, i gained 50-60lbs in 6-8 months. how do i lose that fat in the same amt of time if not quicker? i used to be on testosterone and being off made me low energy and made it harder for muscle to develop

how do i convince myself to eat less often, to eat less in a portion, to eat less and move more

i hate my body already, so what am i missing that lets me be ana?
