I know that now that I have spoken out and requested that my information is removed from Stephenie’s account, you will be watching. I will tell you this. My safety has been threatened since Stephenie posted screenshots of my information. By law, her posting my information when I spoke out anonymously is a violation of my rights in many amendments in the US constitution. I will be taking the necessary legal action, and, unfortunately for Stephenie, since she made it clear that’s who she is, I have ALL of her accounts already added to my police report. It does not matter if her real name is Stephenie or not. 

I gave her a fair and square chance to get rid of the posts I asked her to. It was two posts, four clicks for her to delete at most. Instead, she got belligerent. She does not care that she has endangered me. She has also stooped to being classist against me, though that is a story for a later date.

Melissa King, your fans are willingly putting me in danger, and by allowing it, you are just as guilty. You are able to tell them not to post my information and yet you idly stand by, watching them do it. I have received death threats and been followed while driving the car YOUR FOLLOWER posted. 

Here’s what the rest of you need to know.

You will not receive any information about the case from watching my accounts, if you can even find the new ones I made for my safety. Yes, you’re reading that right, I deleted my old accounts. Unfortunately for you, I keep my life separate, and do not plan on changing that.

Leave my personal life the fuck alone. I have not attacked anyone else’s personal lives, and the fact that you stans are goes to show that you have no regard for human life in any capacity at all.

If I continue to be monitored I will escalate this even more than the legal action I have already decided to take. That is not a warning or a threat, it’s a fucking promise.

Not trying to scare you, and not lying. A legal rep has gone through everything on my twitter account, and all of the accounts you posted, and still thinks I have a strong case. 

If I was trying to scare you, I would have said a thousand other things. The fact of the matter stands. You are anonymous which puts the blame for what you’ve done on Melissa, legally.

Time is running out. If you aren’t going to delete them, just say it and I’ll take it legal, and you can blame the stress it’ll cause on yourself.

Since it would appear you’re a coward who deleted the comments I left under this, I’ll put it where you can’t delete it.

I did not send that ask to “scare you”. I sent it to give you a fair and square warning before I go legal with this. You have breached one of my legal rights by posting my information. It does not matter that you can find my accounts publicly, I spoke anonymously and by posting my information online, you committed a real crime. Not to mention, posting the victims information online while there is a protective order, you committed another crime. 

It may appear you aren’t the most intelligent of the Fuboo cultists, so I’ll put this short and simple for you.

By posting my information you have put my safety in danger. I have received death threats on the accounts you posted screenshots of, and within the last week, I was followed by a car, turn for turn, for six miles, while driving my red Toyota car. 

You’re right. I don’t know who you are. I don’t care. Legally, by releasing my information, you have incriminated Melissa. I have spoken with a legal representative who informed me that if I do take this legal, I will come out on top. 

I don’t want issues. But posting a photo of my vehicle, my boyfriend (it doesn’t matter if you hid his face, because you shared the account with all your nasty little friends already so enough people have seen his face), my social media accounts and more you have put my safety as well as the safety of my boyfriend in danger. 

Again, me having an instagram account where I post things did not give you the right to tie an anonymous account to it, and that in and of itself is a federal crime, that can end in a Class A misdemeanor. Since you are anonymous yourself, it would fall on the next person responsible, which is Melissa in this case. She is the next person responsible as it is clear you are one of her devoted fans by the way you defend her. 

If you blatantly refuse to delete your posts about me and save Melissa some heartache, I can just file right now. Otherwise, time is ticking. You already wasted two hours being petty. 22 hours left for you. 

hi cutie, you have 24 hours to take down the post where you showed my face, my car, my boyfriend (blocking his face out doesn't change squat, people can find it) and all that fun stuff, and any other post that leads to my social media accounts, yeah? My social media accounts may be public, but I came forward anonymously and you creeps started digging to find me. Since you made your post I have had literal threats against my life on social media, and have had people showing up at my work looking for "Harley" (oddly enough, only on days where I drive my Toyota... hmmmm....). If I don't see them gone by this time tomorrow, legal action will be taken, and don't think nothing will come of it. Do the smart thing.
