I’ve been doodling some loose ideas for Alastor getting musical 🎙️🎶🎵

I want to thank all the hobbyist artists who share their personal art, even though they may not be interested in art-related job, selling or promoting their art, but simply do it to share a piece of their soul with the world.

It's okay and it makes sense. Art can still be just a tool for expressing thoughs, ideas, emotions, feelings. It's not always about skills, job and commerce. It's not always about aesthetic for audience's eyes. It is a living desire to create and express. Art is a language.

Art may not be "perfect", and personal characters and stories may be weird (or even cringe for some). But art is not a "content", it may be not for everyone, and it's okay to create and share it for these who like, relate, appreciate it. Yes, it may feel scary to be judged by strangers. But I appreciate when people share their personal stories, original characters, and their art that was born just for fun, as a joy and passion, or as a vent or coping mechanism. I like the idea when art comes from a person and is a reflection of them and their love, passion, or their struggle. I want personal and genuine art to be a thing for others to see and enjoy, too. For me, both as an artist and as a viewer, art makes no sense without being personal and genuine.

Alastor, for a moment, wondered if he was dreaming. To think this was the same man who'd been mortified after eating human meat for the first time. Who'd called Alastor a "sick bastard" more times than he could count. That same man now held the heart of his ex-lover in his bare hand and crushed it without a second thought. Blood splattered onto Alastor's shirt when he squeezed the organ, beads of scarlet dotting his glasses. This was a feeling Alastor hadn't experienced in… quite some time, was it? His body was warm. His heart was racing, a dark laugh escaping his lips. My Husker. Alastor took Husk's bloody hand and joined him in a waltz. He could feel the heat radiating from his body, that lovely scent stronger than ever. An urge was overcoming him that he couldn't put a name to -- or perhaps didn't want to. Nostalgia. Perhaps that was the warm feeling in his chest. It wasn't something he felt often; after all, his past was not worth looking back on with fondness. …There were exceptions, though. That summer night in his hometown, where he'd danced with a younger, more innocent, less experienced Husker. Yes, that was a night worth feeling nostalgic for. If he closed his eyes he felt like they were there again; the gorgeous music, the sticky humidity, the taste of the gumbo they'd eaten beforehand that Husker had insisted was too damn spicy. And Alastor had teased him for his eastern European palate, insisting that he would acquire a better tolerance over time… A small, startled sound came from Alastor as he was dipped, the shift in positions bringing him back to the present. A pair of dark brown eyes stared back at him, the flickering flames and moonlight illuminating his blood-splattered face. Husker kissed him. Alastor didn't kiss back, not at first; but a moment passed, and Alastor said fuck it, finally allowing himself to indulge in the taste of Husker's lips. That sensation grew hotter as they kissed, his tongue exploring Husker's warm mouth. Alastor gripped him by the shoulders, sharp nails clasping his shoulders...
