Update

Hey! Patton here! So a few updates!

1. We’re now host-less. Mika hasn’t gone dormant, but it wants to take a step back and not be host anymore. So we’re left having to pretend to be it most of the time and only sometimes showing ourselves so we don’t get kicked out. 

2. We’re now 21 alters. Yep. I don’t know how that even happened, but yeah!

3. We’re working on many projects, all independently, we’ll keep you updated!

How do you protect yourself from being stalked online by your parents?

I often get messages from teens living with their abusive parents telling me about how terrifying it is for them to even look at my blog in case their parent finds out. I was a teenager before social networking on the internet. Honestly, when I was a teenager there was barely an internet yet. So, I don’t know how people protect themselves but I feel like probably there are ways. If you know please do share! A lot of people would find it helpful.

Even things like a terrible job experience, an injury or witnessing something can be trauma. It all depends on your response to it.

to everyone asking if what they went through was ‘really’ trauma: it was. if you feel you were traumatised by it, then it was trauma. there’s nothing more to it than that

How to get back at an alter who’s being a pain in the ass? Find the music they find the most shitty, and listen to it on a loop. (I’ve been listening to Maitre Gims on a loop to piss off Alexis because I know he thinks the lyrics are shit)

So... With only a few alters that claimed to be American so far, the others saying they were Canadian... Tooooooo... Alters that claim they’re from here and there in the U.S., an alter that says he’s from fucking outer space, and one that’s from Brittany, France.

I thought the body couldn’t handle caffeine because each time I had caffeine I got caffeine poisoning. That was until I found the two large iced coffees Patton had the other and realized. fuck. the body is fine. it’s just me who can’t handle caffeine.
