Another day, another assassination.

Kid sighed from his perch, the city was almost beautiful at night, lit up like a dozen fireflies frozen in place. He was more focused on the job that needed doing. He was staring at the next building, where an eye, identical to his own, had sprouted looking across the street, where another eye appeared. And so on and so on till he was staring into the room of a visiting senator that several very wealthy people wanted to not make it home.

He was fast asleep and utterly oblivious to the hands that sprouted above his headboard, reaching down ready to snap a neck and-

The limbs vanished in an instant as he spun around, staring at the figure who's joined him on the roof. "Much as I enjoy hosting an intimate party, I do not recall offering your fine self an invitation." He spoke in a deep southern drawl.

Things were coming along rather swimmingly, if you asked Sin. Yelena was making progress with the Barton girl which was going to prove rather useful later. But she had another idea that was going to require a rather delicate, properly executed plan. Which was why she sent a well-written invitation for Vision to meet her in the American Museum of Natural History. She stood in the entrance, a pair of tickets in her hand as she waited for Vision to arrive - and he did. "I'm glad to see my invitation went through your mail security."

Norman never really understood why people felt like he was the type to help, he had no interest in helping Sin, less see her thrive. Yet even he wondered who let out all those details, himself did not know she was up to. “ I will, for a price of course. But with what you are giving me , I am not sure I can do anything just yet, your information is very thin.”

"I've already let him know that you'll be taking care of something for me. And you'll still be local in case Normy needs you to Hammer something." Was she quite proud of her pun? Yes. "I have a private gymnasium in town. You'll find the address in that envelope. You start tomorrow."

"Just asking to know how to handle my day time job." She put the enveloppe in her jacket. "You know Sinthea, one day you're going to print merchandise with us girls stick together" she joked. "Where do I train your precious sister fledging? "

"Us girls have to stick together," Sin offered with a smirk, "Don't worry about Normy. He's got bigger fish to fry."

Yelena cocked an eyebrow. "You're that busy and still have not found anyone you trust to keep their mouth shut huh ? " she took the envelop. "You told Osborn you're borrowing me ? "

Sin just smirked as she handed Yelena an envelope full of cash. "I have a job for you and you'll be paid very well for it. I need your expertise to train a new recruit of mine."

"You have never been nice when we worked together, Sinthea. Spit out what you want so I can reply "

"Well, that's a shame. Maybe I should order us something, then. What are you in the mood for?"

"No."

"I don't know," Sin replied with a shrug, "Long enough to get hungry. You wouldn't happen to have any food in that place, do you?"

"Just how long have you been standing here ? " Yelena wondered and it was the first thing she said when she saw the redhead. To be honest, she had not been keeping up with Hydra. Not to be ungrateful, but she had other job opportunities. Did she like Sin, no, did she wonder what she wanted, yes.

It didn't take too much with Sin's resources to figure out where Yelena actually resided. Sure, she had been standing outside of her building for some time, simply waiting but she had enough patience. So when she saw the blonde widow, she smiled. "Just the girl I wanted to see. I have to say, I like the area. It's really nice."

“In Germany, you’re old enough to drink at 18. So you’re old enough for me. Besides, it’s not like your father is around to tell you no,” she smirked as she waved at one of her guards to fetch the champagne. “It’s quite simple. We’ll go to my headquarters and get you situated with gear and weapons and set you up with a trainer. No big deal. Once you pass some basic tests and we see where your skills are, we’ll put you on some on-the-job training. Don’t worry, you’ll do great.”

However Sin’s words hit directly into the anger, played into what she wanted to to hear, wanted to be done. Maybe if she hadn’t been so resentful and miserable, she would have had a clear picture, but for now, it seemed like the thing to do. “O…okay. “

Sin smiled as she put her glass of wine down and clapped her hands together. “Amazing!! You have made such a wonderful decision, my dear. A celebration is in order. What do you want to drink? Wine? Champagne?”

Norman actually laughed at her last statement, so cold it would have sent shivers one’s back. “Are you sure about that Miss Schmidt? “ he simply asked , not letting her in on what he had been doing, turning half of the white house to his side, gaining public favor, gaining guarantees and powerful allies. “I do not forget where we both come from, what is the name of the rat in question? Or well on what have you had leaks?”

Sin leveled a glare at Norman before pointing the tip of the letter opener in his direction. “You know it’s not nice to keep secrets, Normy. “Anyway, I’m not exactly sure who the rat is. Only that there is one. Somehow the Scientist Supreme found out about some of my goodies in Seattle and my boys found them trying to raid them. And then someone let leak that my sisterhood is starting back up and yet no one seems to know where that news came from. So, you going to help me, Normy?”

Osborn remained silent. He failed to see why this was his problem , but at the same time he was curious. “Why aren’t you asking your friend in Washington ? I’m sure she is far more effective than me and my little SHIELD knock-off.”

“I have a problem,” she said nonchalantly as she strutted to the front of his desk and sat on the edge, “A rat problem, if you will. Someone is trying to undermine me, Normy and either it’s within my organization or it’s coming from someone in your little SHIELD knock-off.” She picked up his letter opener and started to play with it. “I don’t like rat problems. So I need your help to make sure that your little boys are all buttoned up and I want your little Hammerheads to find out who over in Hydra thinks it’s a good idea to test me.”
