Like daughter, like mother, I guess. It's been a hot minute since I've done another manip comic/sequence so I thought I'd give it another go. I remembered one segment of "Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!" had Uzaki and Sakurai dabble in hypnosis and the punchline has poor Hana end up being super susceptible to it, so I figured "about her mom, Tsuki?" and came up with a little scenario where Uzaki tries practicing hypnosis again, with her mom as the subject. But of course, this is Hana we're talking about, so she didn't think this plan entirely through! Enjoy!

I was watching "Welcome to Demon School" when I got the inspiration for a little eyeball creature, so I decided to doodle it and eventually it became this bit of concept art. I call them "Demon Peepers" or just "Peepers" for short. And of course they can hypnotize people, why not? Enjoy!

Demon Peepers are a species of tiny eyeball-like imps that infest the underworld. They aren't particularly strong or smart, but they are numerous and quick on their feet (or wings). Some demons use them as spies, scouts, or as minions for simple tasks, given how common and easy compliant they are. Their biggest defense mechanism though, is a mesmerism spell that puts whoever looks into their eye into a deep trance. They typically use it as a means of escape, though craftier demons may get the bright idea to use their ability to influence and manipulate foes or other unsuspecting victims.The Peepers may be viewed as vermin to some, but they're hard-working vermin if nothing else.

The hero we always needed, but didn't know we deserved! This all started out as "Gwenpool using her 4th wall panel powers to hypnotize someone" and then eventually became "Gwenpool hypnotizes editorial to fix Marvel canon". I'll be honest, I mostly just did this manip for the joke about 616 Spider-Man comics. Enjoy!

Yes, it would be quite the discovery...assuming they even let you go back to the outside world! Anyway, I did this little comic with Sophie getting captured and brainwashed into joining the Forgotten Island's Dark Serpent Tribe. Seems like the kinda mess Sophie would accidentally find herself in. Enjoy!

So I felt like doing something Nintendo/Princess Peach-related ever since I came back from hiatus as my next digital art piece, which took a while since it had some fun learning experiences and challenges. Funnily enough though, the Switch 2 and Mario Kart World dropped not too long ago, so it all worked out! Enjoy! ^^

For this year's Pride Month piece, I got the idea to make hypnotic orbs that correlated to the characters they were mesmerizing (So the lesbian flag for Sapphire, the bi flag for Cat and Blair, and the Pan flag for Cherry). Enjoy and Happy Pride Month!

"Now that's White Queen Mind Control!" Anyway, this one's been long overdue, and it definitely changed in who was getting hit with Emma's ult, but I thought it'd be fun to do something with Emma giving all the mutant ladies (and I guess honorary mutant in Wanda's case...retcons are weird) a mind whammy. So her bangs weren't just a fashion statement! Anyway, here's a little idea inspired by comments made by RavenHypno about someone trying to hypnotize Rainn and failing due to her bangs covering her eyes. It made sense that the would-be hypnotist here was some sort of "prim, proper, popular" type of girl who was trying to de-gothify our Forever Goth. Instead Rainn has turned the tables on her and made her goth instead! Enjoy!

Mother! I've had this idea saved in the back of my mind for a special occasion and Mother's Day seemed like just the right one! Given that both the Invisible Woman and Elastigirl are two famous "Super Milfs" with great behinds, it only seemed fitting to have a piece where Sue and Helen were together and the idea of them teaming up only to end up being mind-controlled by the Screenslaver and the Puppet Master respectively felt like fun too! Oh look, the New 52 was useful for something after all. Anyway I felt like it's been a while since my last My Adventures with Superman post, so I made a little something where Lois is possessed by an alternate Brainiac, just as she was in the comics. Enjoy!

It really is the greatest show on Earth! Anyway this was an anonymous commission from someone who wanted a reenactment of the episode "Circus Daze" from the incredibly obscure cartoon C.O.W.boys of Moomesa (think TMNT but they're cowboy cows), with Nico Robin, Sam, Squirrel Girl and Yoko. The episode featured a cirucs coming into town wherein the ringmaster used a mesmerizing diamond to hypnotize the audience into stealing things for him, so I tried to capture that spirit in this comic (despite the lack of cow people). First time being hypnotized? (For her, yes) Anyway, this probably took me longer than it should, but I saw this YCH meme being shared around by Himbonosis on BlueSky and decided to try my hand at it. After a bit of brainstorming I decided that Hope would be the subject of this little hypno-robot thing. It's a bit rough in some spots, but I think it was still a valuable learning experience. Enjoy

Not quite a new age, but perhaps the prelude to one? Anyway, with Ultron coming to Marvel Rivals soon I felt inspired to make something Ultron-related. Originally this was going to be a comic/the beginning of a series of pics where Ultron uses Wasp to spread mind controling nanobots to other heroines...aaaaaaand then I realized someone already did that much better than I ever could, so I decided to make it more of a one-off where Wasp is taken over by Ultron and tasked with bringing about his return. I had "The Day the Earth Blew Up" on the brain, so I decided to make a little fanart pic where Cat Nap chews the alien-tainted gum and becomes one of the gum zombies. I even added little chibi heads of Aoi and Aki as a fun bit of icing on the cake...or would that be "flavor of the gum"? Enjoy!
