Just wanted to reblog this and say thank you to everyone who has liked and shared this post! As an update for you all, I have finally found the place where White Chapel High was filmed for the MBAV television series! You can read where the school is in this post!
Does anyone know where MBAV was filmed? Specifically White Chapel High?
Do you know what the real-life name of White Chapel High School is? I think it’s somewhere in Ontario (idk???)
Asking for a friend who wants to roadtrip to the high school/town where My Babysitters a Vampire was filmed…
rb to help a pal out!

The Search is Over! Here is Whitechapel High from the MBAV TV series!
After a little over a year of searching (and let’s be honest, a fair amount of procrastinating too) I am excited to finally share the exterior shooting location for the television series’ Whitechapel High School!
The high school is set at the McKeil School of Business at Mohawk College! The address is:
135 Fennell Ave W, Hamilton, ON L9C 1E9, Canada
Here are some extra pics to compare what we see in the TV show to what exists in real life!

In the above photo from the season 1 episode, “Die, Pod!,” we can see the side area of the school (Image via Netflix).

And here we can see the same glass wall at the side of the school in this picture from December 2017 (Image via Google Maps).

I found the Westdale Movie Theater from MBAV the Movie!
Read below the cut to find out where it is!
As always, here is the photo proof for this filming location:

Here is the building on Google Maps Street View:

I think a slightly older Google Maps image of the location looks more similar to the movie:

And finally, here’s the address:
1014 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8S 1L4, Canada

Map of Whitechapel Easter Egg
In MBAV episode 2x4 “Flushed,” a map of the town of Whitechapel is displayed. I found that the fictional map corresponds to the real-life map of the town of Dundas, Ontario (aka, the town where the show was filmed). The street names also contain some easter eggs.

Though many of the street names have been changed, King St. is the same both for the fictional map and the real-life one. Some of the street names in the real Dundas map are also present in the Whitechapel Map (Like Main St. and York St.) but the names have been switched to different positions on the fictional map.
On the fictional Map, the Hunter Hills Mansion Country area is called Dundas Driving Park in real life. It’s also worth mentioning that the character Tad McGillis, who lives in a mansion within that neighborhood, is a spoofed-version of one of the show’s lead writers and producers, Tom McGillis.
There are also fun names for some of the streets like Elm St, Eden St, Ontario St, Huron St, Brimstone Blvd, Arcane Ave, End St, Suck Rd, Busy St. etc… Additionally, at the top of the map, one road is named Ethan Ave. (I bet there is also a street named after Benny somewhere else on this map, maybe in the portion that is a little bit too blurry for me to be able to read).
Additionally, I think that some of the street names on this map are named after the people who made this show possible, such as (in no particular order):
Byron Blvd. (after Byron A. Martin, one of the producers of the show)
Layton Ave. (after Layton Morrison, a stunt coordinator for the show)
Donald St. (probably named after Bruce McDonald, one of the directors for both the show and the movie or possibly after Donald Colafranceschi, the assistant production coordinator for the show and movie)
George St. (after George Elliott, one of the executive producers of the show and the movie)
Andy St. (probably named after Andy Tsang, the graphic designer for the show)
Joe Rd. (possibly after Joe Susin, the set director for the show, or maybe even after Joe Dinicol, who played the role of Jesse in the show and the movie)
Jenny Ave. (the street name is sorta blurred out, but I think it’s named after Jennifer Pertsch who was one of the writers/producers of the show and movie).
Brian Blvd. (after Brian Irving, one of the executive producers for the show and the movie).
There are probably a lot more easter eggs hidden in this map, but these are just a few that I noticed! I would love to know if you find any more!

According to Dundas Museum and Archives, Parkside High School has, in fact, been demolished.
Here are links to some selected articles if you are curious about the demolition of this landmark.

TLDR; Whitechapel High School was filmed at two locations: one location for the movie and a different location for the television series. I found the high school from the movie.

First, I want to give a huge thanks to @vampsandmagesandpsychics
I wouldn’t have been able to find the high school without their tip that the school was somewhere in Hamilton, Ontario!
Also, before I begin I want to remind everybody to be responsible with this information. It’s still not safe to travel to most places right now, so keep that in mind if you are making plans to visit the school.
--- Okay, with that all being said, here is what I found!---
It looks like there are TWO high schools that were used for the filming of the series. One high school is the set for the movie and the other high school is the set for the television series.
I found the high school from the MBAV movie! It’s called Parkside High School and it’s in Dundas, Ontario (I think Dundas is a neighborhood inside Hamilton, ON). The address of the school is:
31 Parkside Ave, Dundas, ON L9H 2S8, Canada (from google maps)
Photo proof that the school matches the one from the film:

However, I do have some bad news… It looks like Parkside High School was shut down in June of 2014 according to this Wikipedia article. The website where I found the photo of Parkside High features an article written in 2016 talking about the plans to convert the campus into housing units or possibly into a cemetery.
I don’t know if the actual site of the school has been demolished or not. The most recent Google Maps photo capture of this site is from 2014, around the time when the school first shut down, so things may have changed since then.
But please don’t be sad!! The search is not over! We can still look for the high school where the MBAV television series was filmed! Maybe that one will still be open!
To kick off the search, here is a picture of Whitechapel High School from the television series. You can see that it’s a completely different school building from the one in the MBAV movie.
