I found Kendall Jenner’s daily workout and it takes like 10 min to do. She does this and eats around 1200 cal a day, so I can do this daily too and see results. Today was day one and it wasn’t too difficult so I’m excited I know I’ll feel it in the morning though lol

☀️ new healthy habits ☀️
- drink at least 2 litres of water a day
- g r e e n   t e a 
- no calorific drinks - keep it simple with water, black coffee and herbal tea ☕
- you have to eat breakfast, even if it’s small - a green smoothie with half a frozen banana, a handful of spinach and water is about 60kcals 🍌
- want a snack? carrot and celery sticks are your best friend (one carrot = 25 kcals, one whole stick of celery ≈10 kcals) 🌿
- lunches should be under 200kcals (soup is great for this - a whole 400g can of veg soup can be as little as 120kcals and keeps you full!) 
- aim for dinner to be under 300kcals - making things fresh will help with this a lot, and cooking without meat makes cutting down on calories a lot easier
- eat slowly, with small mouthfuls. it will make a small portion feel larger and you’ll probably feel full before you finish it! 🌾
- take your damn vitamins !!!!! 🌟
- at least 30 minutes of working out per day (make playlist half an hour long that you can time yourself against, it makes the whole thing far more enjoyable) 
- walk as much as possible (including taking the stairs instead of a lift/elevator)
- when sitting down at your laptop doing work, do leg lifts or other leg exercises
- if you feel like binging, instead of making yourself feel bad about having those feelings, do something to distract you! dance around your room to some of your favourite songs, make a new playlist, read a book, watch a film, paint your nails, scroll through the instagram explore page, go and chat to someone you live with or give a friend a call 🌼
- take care of yourself! ✨ heck yes you deserve that bubble bath. damn right you should put on that face mask. moisturise those hands, use that nice hair conditioner, take an extra ten minutes to do some fancy eyeliner in the morning. whatever makes you feel good, do it. food is not the only way you can treat yourself.
- stay healthy, and prove everyone wrong. 🌹

Before Bed
✨I do this before bed every night and just after a week I’ve started to notice a difference✨
~50 crunches
~50 leg lifts laying on side both legs
~100 punches (laying on back punching into the air) alternating arms
~100 bicycles (laying on back) alternating legs
~50 lifting legs laying on back both legs at the same time
~Lifting legs as low as possible, keeping ankles together, writing out the alphabet X2
~50 more crunches
