HOW DO I GET A GOOD COLOR PALETTE

I'd say you experiment, like, a lot. I am not really that good with palletes, but for me it helped a lot finding palletes on the internet, and trying to work with them on my pieces, eventually modifying them. Try to know when to use vibrant colours and when to dull it down :P
