Both progressive and predictive dialers initiate outbound calls from a contact list automatically and sequentially in the call centre. Also, they transfer only answered calls to live agents. To choose the right #AutoDialer for your business, you need to understand what is a predictive dialer and what is the #ProgressiveDialer .
So progressive and predictive both the call center dialers help contact centers to manage marketing campaigns efficiently.
