In my mind I know,
I ache for that view, the kind that poets chase in vain. Skies, impossibly clear, draped in silken clouds. A sun like amber honey melting on skin. The breeze, a whisper from forgotten gods. It was, by all measure, was indeed a paradise.
And yet, it was never home. Beneath that golden calm, the people carved silence into me, turned breath into burden. Even in all that open air, I was suffocating. Behind the lens, chaos. Quiet, cruel, and unrelenting.
So I ran. Fled from wild meadows and whispering hills into a city of steel and sirens, where nothing breathes freely and beauty is eclipsed by motion. Somehow, in this cold geometry, I found peace. Not in the softness of nature, but in the indifference of concrete. The mountains offered wonder. The city, in its brutal stillness, offered me myself.

I’ve done my part, I’ve faced the fire, Let go of hurt, let go of desire. No more control, no need to wait— I close my eyes… and trust in fate.
