Let's Go to Town
OPEN
Bruce rented a small hotel room even though Stark had always offered an extra room for him at the tower in Manhattan. After checking in and making his way up to his room he quickly got out his laptop and checked through some sales. Deciding to go shopping he loaded his pockets with his phone, keys, wallet and a prescription relaxant. As he walked down the street he noticed a Nanny struggling with triplet boys. He caught one as he tried to take off. “Hey Kiddo, You ever heard of the Hulk?” He smiled and crouched to be at eye level. The kids eyes grew huge, “Your him!” He bounced happily and called his brothers over. “It’s the HULK!” He giggled and soon the boys had dragged the Nanny along with. “He’s not green, stupid.” The other two looked so disappointed and turned away. “He’s the hulk alright.” The nanny smiled. “He’s Dr. Banner right now. Remember the story I read you? Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? There’s kind of two of him.” She couldn’t stop smiling at him and he stood up. “She’s right, sort of.” He nods. “Be good for her or I’ll have to put you guys in a Super Villain prison, alright?” He ruffled the first boys hair and waved as he started walking away.

I am sorry
Alright, so many of you probably didn't notice that I got off of this blog and only used my main one again.. I have been suffering recently, healthwise and others, and I had decided that life was not working out. I was planning on overdosing and just giving up on things since I haven't been getting better... I wish there was a way for me to just never have been born and that would have been much easier. Bek said that if I wasn't here she wouldn't know what to do with herself but I know she would be fine. Everyone would be much better off without me but I'm just going to try and ignore it so I can get back to the few things that I like about living.

"That's a funny sort of thing, isn't it. That way you can seem to click with an absolute stranger but feel so torn away from someone who you used to be so close with..." He chuckles dryly and sips his coffee again. "Thank you for being there, I probably would be freaking out and ready to smash something if I had lost those keys."
Nice To Meet You. ~closed~!
“Oh, I’ll pay more than a penny for your thoughts.” He smiles reassuringly and nods. “I’ll listen as long as you want me to.” He seems to remember something. “I know what it’s like to have problems, and I’ve also left someone very important.” He drums his fingers. “I can relate.”

He let her expression sink in as his sober heart made itself known. No longer was he happy, or even as smiley as he had been before because of hat not replaced that. "Well, if it wasn't for you I'd have lost the keys to everything I own." He thinks on what she said and sighs. "I've left a lot of people, to be honest, not just women. I've been more than the thorn in every ones side."

Bruce drove the four hours to Manhattan from his lot up in the forest of New York. Deciding to go walking he loaded his pockets with his phone, keys, wallet and a prescription relaxant. As he walked down the street he noticed a Nanny struggling with triplets. He caught one as he tried to take off. “Hey Kiddo, You ever heard of the Hulk?” He smiled and crouched to be at eye level with the boy. He adjusts the collar of his button down and rolls up his sleeves while waiting for the walk light. As he starts on his way across the street he feels his phone ring and glances down to retrieve it from his pocket, accidentally bumping someone. “Oh, Sorry, I didn’t see you there.” He makes it across the street and finds his phone in the jumble of junk from his pocket.

"I get the feeling you're from very far away." Bruce sits and sips from his cup. "Sorry, I don't mean to intrude." He lets his smile fade as he ponders. "Well, Eira, what brings you to Manhattan?" He sets his cup down and finds a little creamer cup for in it. He pours a few in and a sugar before stirring it with his finger and drying it on a napkin.

Bruce watched the woman from earlier after taking his medicine. She was unearthly... But it couldn't be explained. He had felt that sort of overbearing presence before, but he couldn't quite remember where. Something was off, but right on about her. He decided he could take a chance, with his beast under control, and meet her. He picks up his mug and walks over, smiling that same bright smile from before. "Hi, My name is Bruce." He nods to her. "Do you mind if I sit with you?"

"Oh, why thank you!" Bruce felt rather chipper considering he had almost lost his keys. His grin  never leaving him and his eyes twinkling like the stars above. He hadn't felt this good in a long time and it was great. He couldn't even remember what had brought this on but it must have been something special. As he met eyes with the woman he felt something twitch and stir inside. Assuming that he needed to take his pills again He quickly took the keys and started off in the direction of a Cafe.

A reminder: Just because our introduction thread died/got lost/was awkward/or boring doesn't mean I don't want to RP with you. It just means that some things don't need to be tied up all pretty at the end, and I'm okay with that. So please go ahead and jump back in any time you want with starters/reblogs/or asks. Thanks!
