Ok. Let me begin by quoting Mark Manson:

I admire Na Young, or Nora for making the right choices in life. She could've had a picture in her mind of what her life would be (talking about the younger version of herself) if she chose Hae Sung and not the shining future. In the beginning of the movie her mother mentioned, “If you leave something behind, you gain something, too” and Na Young endured that. As a bonus, got herself a wonderful husband who she loves and loves her dearly as well.

As for Hae Sung, well... what could've stopped him from being the best version of himself?

There are indeed a lot of painful moments in this movie especially the ones without words. The mere eye contact between Nora and Hae Sung will be enough to break your heart. But more than its romance plot the movie spoke to me differently. We are Hae Sungs and Na Youngs/Noras in this life. We can make compasses out of our choices. The path to our true happiness is led by the choices we make.

They like doing things their way and the outcome always exceed expectations. The setlist consists of only 12 songs, almost half of it from Ruroken 😂 The cover of Utada Hikaru's First Love felt like a hint, though. (Sato Takeru was spotted filming his new drama of the same title, coming on Netflix) Promo or not, it was soo good! The arrangement for each and every song made it sound new, therefore those who came to see them live for this show were so lucky to have experienced that. Deeper Deeper deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Watching movies is more than just hobby for me. It is a form of relaxation and my rumination blocker. The time we spent locked down was the longest vacation I've had since I joined the work force 12 years ago. So I used graphs (and washi tape) to track how many movies I've watched in the first half of 2020 as well as their respective film languages. It appears that I took more interest in C-movies in the Q2. The list is on my bio, if you're interested to know what I've seen so far this year. My #daylio helped me gather this data btw. It made tracking more efficient compared to my handwritten ones.
