Anyway there are couples who are together not only because they're perfect for each other but because them being together is better for all of humanity. Ian and Mickey are absolutely that couple. They broke up for a long weekend and it lead to multiple assaults and property damage. They keep each other contained.

I know they’re gonna play the Milkovich thing up for laughs, but I want to remind myself that nartively Mickey’s dad tried to beat him into heteronormativity. So when they try to make me laugh about the dirty white family, in the reality of season 1-4, Mickey was only safe to be himself when his dad was in prison

We really get to see married Ian and Mickey. It may only be one season. It might suck anyway. But we get to see married Ian and Mickey. Two idiots who were never supposed to make it, fully married and (trying their best to be) in a truly healthy relationship

I’ve decided the biggest shock to me of season 10 was that I actually like Sandy and hope to see more of her. And that if they didn’t fully mess up everything with Mickey’s sl in general we could have had an even more impactful storyline with her in the first place. What an idea
