Goal for Today🐒
Since I have my first final in a couple days and since I still have quite a lot of work to do I want to write down what the plan for today is. Sooo ... I wanna get around 50 pages of my summary done which should take about 8hours and with a total of around 2-3hours worth of breaks in between, I should be able to finish at around 8-9pm tonight. I really wanna get this done so I can start making exercise problems tomorrow and the day after that. And since I get so sick and tired of sitting at my desk all day I wanna take breaks walking on the beach and running on the treadmill (that’s plan, we’ll see if that actually happens. Not sure if anyone is going to read this or is interested but I’ll write another post tonight to see how this day actually went and how productive I was. hey guys! since the school year is about to start, i wanted to get back into posting regularly, so here are some tips that i acquired during my first year of university!! these might seem basic but when you’re in the middle of exam season they’re easy to forget ;;
1. meditate!!! uni can be… stressful. so if you ever feel overwhelmed, take a mini break from the world and focus on your breathing! i love to use the free app headspace and guided practices on youtube!
2. bring a water bottle with you. everywhere!! its so important for both your mental and physical health to drink water, and bringing a reusable bottle with you everywhere will make it so much easier (i like hot water but maybe that’s just me lol)
3. have a diverse diet. so many people i knew were worried about the freshman fifteen, but that will only really happen if you’re constantly eating junk. you don’t have to completely cut it all out, but make sure you get a good amount of fruits and veggies as well! but you’re beautiful at any size so please don’t feel pressured by beauty standards uwu
4. exercise! this seems so basic but it’s something you can easily forget about or feel like you just don’t have time to do. exercising relieves tension and releases endorphins to help you feel better, both physically and mentally!
5. decorate. if you’re staying in a dorm, the blank white walls can start to feel like a prison. get some posters, make your own art, or make a collage of memories to make your room feel more personal! creating your own art can also be stress relieving so boom, double self care points
6. sleep. pls. you need 7-9 hours of sleep each night! start your assignments further in advance if that what it takes. just keep yourself sane and get some sleep!! if you had a rough week, use the weekend as an opportunity to get in some extra hours
7. schedule. Everything. your showers, exercise, meal times, study sessions, etc. college can get stressful so a guide to follow can help to keep everything structured and your mind on more important things
8. take a day off. if you can, schedule a day where you completely forget about your schoolwork and just focus on yourself! on these days i like to do a face mask, get a good dinner, have a dance party, and watch some of my favorite shows or movies (s/o viki and netflix)
that’s all for now!! don’t feel pressured to do every one of these things, but try to set them as goals! just remember that you’re strong and you can get through anything this year throws at you! but if you ever feel like you’re in a crisis text hello to 741741. have a happy and healthy school year!!

It’s already 4PM but hey I gotta get my life together some day right??
I HAVE TO STUDY for my drivers license today !! I was always the kid who said on the day I turn 18 (I live in Belgium) I’ll do my driving exam and I’ll go on long drives with my friends now here I am 19 &don’t even have my theoretical exam. SO GOTTA GET MY SHIT TOGETHER AND START STUDYING!!!!!!!!!!!

1. drink water 2. stretch 3. get up from your workspace 4. go outside (if it’s nice) 5. talk to loved ones 6. clean up any clutter/things you don’t need 7. if it’s night, turn on your blue light filter (i highly recommend f.lux) 8. take your vitamins/any other needed medication + supplements! and last but not least, you are loved!!

100 Days of Productivity - Day 60/100 April 2nd, 2018
Let’s forget about all the productive things I did today and talk about how fricken phenomenal the Love, Simon film is. I read the novel Simon Vs The Homo Sapiens Agenda about a year and a half ago, and I reread it the other day. I adore the book, and I adore the movie just as much. The story is so so heartwarming, and in my opinion, the screen adaptation did such a wonderful job. By the end of the movie, every single person in the cinema was both cheering and sobbing. 10/10 would recommend 👌
