JI7A is a high-end Dash Cam that comes with a built-in high-performance AI algorithm chipset, serving to aid safe driving. It includes functions such as lane departure reminder, safe distance warning, forward collision prompt, and pedestrian collision alert (which belongs to ADAS - Advanced Driver Assist System). At the same time, it can spot improper driving behaviors like smoking, using a mobile phone, being distracted, and feeling fatigued (through DSM - Driver Status Monitoring). The Dash Cam can promptly warn the driver of dangerous actions and send the alarm video and data to the IVMS platform. Then, the platform generates a report to assess driving performance and strengthen safe driving awareness. What’s more, face recognition can confirm the right driver, ensuring the safety of passengers and assets in the vehicle.
What kits are available for customer ordering of the Dash Cam?
There are two ordering kits for customers to choose from:
Order Kit 1: JI7A + JA-MC933, a 2-channel camera solution.

JI7A is equipped with a 1080P front-view camera, and JA-MC933 is a 720P in-cab camera. This kit has an optional AI algorithm. If selected, JI7A will have the ADAS AI algorithm, and JA-MC933 can act as a DSM camera.
Order Kit 2: JI7A + JA-MC933 + 1 * 720P AHD camera, a 3-channel camera solution.

On the basis of the 2-channel solution, the 3rd channel camera is connected to the kits with a converter cable. The model of the 3rd channel 720P camera isn’t fixed, so customers can pick the appropriate one to match.

AQL is the maximum percentage of defective items that can be considered acceptable as a process average. You choose the AQL value (e.g., 1.0%, 2.5%, etc.) based on the acceptable risk for your application.

Why We Use Sampling Inspection
In high-volume production, inspecting every unit is not always practical. Instead, we apply a sampling-based quality inspection process that enables us to assess product quality effectively and efficiently. This method ensures confidence in our output without compromising production flow.
Inspection Level: General Level II
We adopt General Inspection Level II, which is the standard level used for most product inspections. This level provides a balanced sample size that is large enough to detect quality issues reliably, while remaining efficient for ongoing production.
AQL 0.65% – Our Standard for Acceptable Quality
We set our Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) at 0.65%. This means that during inspection, we accept a batch only if the number of defective units is within the acceptable threshold defined by this AQL level. AQL 0.65% reflects our commitment to strict quality requirements, especially for components and products where reliability is critical.
For example:
If a production batch contains 1,200 units, under Level II with AQL 0.65%, the sample size would be 80 units.
According to the standard’s sampling plan, the acceptance number (Ac) might be 2, and the rejection number (Re) would be 3.
This means: if 2 or fewer defective items are found, the batch passes inspection. If 3 or more are found, the batch is rejected and reviewed.

There 6 types of alarm of BSD (Blind Spot Detection):
1. Beware of the large vehicles. (*The lowest level 1, it means there is a certain distance between the people and the vehicle.)
2. Keep distance from vehicles. (*The middle level 2, it means the people is approaching to the vehicle.) 
3. Danger, danger!  (*The highest level, it means the people is very close to the vehicle.)
