People might be disappointed there's no voice line or reaction to seeing Billie's painting in Breanna's office. But at that point I hardly think Emily would think it would have been relevant or connect it back to "Meagan".

1) Billie looks vastly different. Hair. Missing eye and arm. And of course much older. Emily would have had no idea of what Billie looked like when she was younger but also.

2) Billie hardly was open about her past. She let a fre things slip there and there, but it wasn't truly until after the mission she opens up

3) considering it's the 1800's the game is set in, and even with my little to none history knowledge, random people weren't going round getting their portraits painted, much less to the size and detail it was.

THEREFORE I REST MY CASE WHILE ITS DISSAPPOINTING FOR NO REACTION, CANONICALLY IT MAKES SENSE IN CONTEXT
