Welp
Hey guys, I know I’ve been like dead for a while on here.
Long story short, I’m a essential worker. With current finances and stuff irl in my life, and having immunocompromised family members, I’m just going through my bout of difficult times. Honestly, I’ve been too busy/tired to even make posts.
So for now with the Code Vein fandom, I’ll be taking my leave. It’s a hard choice to make since I joined thinking I can get used to using online social medias again. I was sincerely happy that I could interact with you guys and blabber about lore stuff even through my mistakes. Right now, my responsibility and priority during this rough time is my family and keeping us a float to survive. I hope all of you can understand and forgive me for leaving things behind unfinished.
Thank you to those who’ve followed me for my analysis posts! Those were fun times for me and trust me, I’m just as disheartened that I can’t complete them now at this time. These posts will still remain on here so hopefully, maybe someone else out there can take up the mantle. Maybe I’ll come back someday when all of this blows over. Until then, see you all in the possible future! Do your best out there staying safe and healthy!!

An alternate theory as to why MC is a void type: when Karen talks to them after they wake up in Operation Queenslayer, she mentions that their heart was damaged. This damage would logically have affected the BOR parasite as well, which might have broken their blood code. Louis is able to identify MC as a void type, suggesting that it's something that's happened before, which wouldn't be true if it was something specific to the relic of the blood.
Sorry my response is late! Another rough week on my end!
“Your abilities— and the fact that you have no specific type— might be due to your being what we call a “Void-type.” -Louis
Which is in fact true!! There maybe other void types in the realm of Vein. The code typing seems to be an rare occurrence with Revenants. My assumption is that blood codes that have been tampered with/altered has the possibility of becoming a void type like MC (but we see no one but MC have it in game). However, when MC woke up and spoke with Karen, they were still fine at least from my point of view. Karen would’ve mentioned if there was a problem with their blood code in her analysis.
“No signs of frenzy or major dysfunction…You appear to be in excellent shape.” -Karen
Their blood code was broken after consuming the Queen’s blood. (Edit: and attacked by Jack afterwards too). When MC is in the beginning tutorial of the game, Cruz tells them that their code is broken.

Yup, this virus completely changed everyone’s way of life here. I’m still fine, but I’m one of the unfortunate ones that can’t work from home based on the type of job I have/I have no other choice by upper management (unless gov shuts everything down. It hasn’t reached to that point yet tho).
I hope the rest of you are staying safe at home. I’ve seen some break down into tears in anxiety and fear, and how it’s slowly killing people’s sanity. This will pass, we just have to stay strong.

Hermes
Tumblr media
Hermes Blood Code Study- Davis
"A blood code received from Davis. It holds his steadfast will to chase after a ray of hope amidst despair and plunge into danger so that new hope may be found. Strikes a fine balance between melee attacks and a variety of useful Gifts."
Introduction to Blood Codes and Davis
Blood Codes are the abilities imbued within a Revenant's Blood. Each Blood Code is unique to each Revenant that resides within the Gaol of the Mist. Once a Revenant has awakened from their slumber after the BOR parasite has been placed in them, the blood takes on a Code which I believe derives from the characteristics of that Revenant.
Davis is presumably a first or second-generation Revenant from how early he joined  Cerberus. He has a strong determination of learning and searching for the things he yearns for. What's most important to him is the knowledge he acquires from the depths to help gain some insight into the Vein.
Greek Mythology
Davis' Blood Code is based on the Greek God Hermes.
Hermes is known as the messenger of the Gods. He's also known for a lot of different things: The Conductor, a Trickster, Shepherd of Men, Leader of souls, Argus-Slayer, and Patron of Travelers and thieves. Hermes mythology lies with other gods and their stories. Whether he assisted Heracles into the Underworld for his final Labour or bring Persephone back to her mother Demeter from the Underworld, he was a catalyst in most mythological stories. The stories relating to Hermes mainly lie within his childhood as he was quite the trouble maker.
Similarities between Davis and Hermes
Hermes is known as the only God who can traverse between the realm of the living and the dead. While Davis is known as the only character in the game to help bring the MC into the Depths.
Hermes is the Greek name for the god, but his Roman name is Mercury. Coco's blood code is Mercury so in a sense, they're both pretty similar. While we do not see Davis interact with anyone else asides from the MC and q quick mention of him from Louis, Coco and Davis both come off as protectors and supporters. Coco supports MC with the materials she sells while Davis gives MC knowledge and grants them passage into the depths. I'm sure if these two interacted, they would get along well.
Hermes communicated with Hades through his visits to the Underworld. Hades is Silva's blood code and is the head of Cerberus. We know how Davis works for Cerberus but we have no hints as to whether the two of them met formally or not. I assume as the relationship would only be under professional terms akin to their Greek counterparts.
Artemis/Athena are both siblings of Hermes and also, these two blood codes belong to Mia. While they haven't communicated with each other within the game, Davis and Mia would likely treat each other with respect while talking.
The same goes for Hermes sibling Hephaestus, Rin's blood code. I'm positive Davis and Rin would get along assuming that Davis gets his weapons tuned up by her (since he remains in the same spot next to Rin's work station throughout the game). Also, based from Hermes first vestige (part A), during Operation Queenslayer, he was aware of Rin as team Yaksha was mentioned during the memory echo. Whether they remember their relation in the past or not is still left for us to ponder about.
Tumblr media
Then we have Io in the game. Io in Greek Mythology is one of Zeus' lovers. As from his title the Argus-Slayer, the actual Argus was a one-hundred eyed giant. He was a servant of Hera and she sent him to watch over Io. Hermes was very loyal to Zeus as his wingman so he approached the Argus (disguised as a shepherd), lulled the Argus to sleep and killed him. I'm sure within the game if Io and Davis were to interact, he would be protective of her.
The relation between Davis and the Depths is an interesting one. We can consider the Depths as Davis' realm of the Dead just like Hermes. Only they have the authority and permission to cross these borders towards the underworld/depths.
Davis on behalf of the Provisional Government searches and investigates the depths. With the help of MC, they bring the maps to him and he takes charge of bringing MC and companions over to the depths. However, just like Hermes, he merely brings them and nothing more. Hermes brings the souls of the dead to the underworld while Davis brings MC and their group to the depths. MC and everyone at Home Base is Revenants so they're the representation of the dead souls that Hermes carries over to Hades Underworld.
As the player, we're unable to partner with Davis. Whether it's due to him being part of Cerberus (and he would have to follow certain rules), a completely different reason or simply due to how the game is set. Even in Hermes lore, he's known to be a lone wolf. Hermes doesn't have a centric story of lore unlike his siblings and other Greek Gods. As a supporting God, Davis fulfills a similar supporting role in the game.
"It holds his steadfast will to chase after a ray of hope amidst despair and plunge into danger so that new hope may be found". In Greek Lore, Hermes is herald by his many titles. While he is loyal to those around him, he also prides himself on his ideals. Whether it's about his invention of the lyre, tricking other gods into getting what he wants and fulfilling his duties, not once does Hermes waver in what he believes in. The same goes for Davis, as he searches for ways to improve the lives of others within the Vein while being a part of the provisional government.
Hermes' Gifts
Bloody Impact- Blast away foes in the area with a shockwave caused by the release of condensed ichor. Swallow Cutter-Unleash an extremely fast attack in the blink of an eye. Heroic Fang - Increases damage dealt by charged drains. Frost Spike-Fires a projectile of piercing ice at the target. Strength up- Increases Strength. Steady Bulwark- Temporarily increases your weapon defense against physical attacks. Focused Carnage- Reduces the rate at which the focus gauge is consumed by attacks while you are focused.
We can take away a few things from these battle-related Gifts alone. While there are stories of Hermes amid the action, he rarely performs battles himself. However, from his titles and his mission of bringing human souls to the underworld, I think he is capable of performing similar attacks and feats to counteract foes (or at least trick them in battle). - Stun resistance-Increases stun resistance. Stun removal- Cures you and your partner of stun. Best used to block the effect before being afflicted.
As for these Stun gifts, I think they figuratively represent Hermes and how he can stun the other gods through his deception/trickery. - Floating Light- Creates a ball of light at your feet.
This Gift represents Hermes' duty as the Leader of souls. While he traverses to the Underworld where Hades resides, he would need light to light his way. In several depictions and interpretations of Hermes, we see him or his variations utilize a form of light going into the Underworld. The realm of the underworld is a dark place after all. - Revenant's Greed- Increases the chances of items dropping from defeated enemies.
This Gift relates more to Hermes' childhood. As a child, Hermes stole Apollo's cattle for an unknown reason. As simple as it is, this is the best way this Gift is linked with Hermes youth of stealing things from other Gods.
Tumblr media
Concluding Thoughts
Davis is one of those characters that I wish had more involvment in the story. Even having him as a partner in the game would've been super awesome and we can get even more details from him asides from his talks of Cerberus and the Depths. While both of these things are integral to his character, I think there's much more that could've been done with him. Hermes matches him perfectly to a T but with Davis having Hermes, they could've expanded more on his relation to Silva (aka Hades Greek lore wise) rather than just placing him in Cerberus and that's it. Also him just being the gateway to the depths (despite it being a brilliant nod towards his Greek counterpart lore). I think there was more that could've been planned for his character and his involvement with Cerberus but he was sadly reduced to just a task giver for dungeon exploration.  I wish I could've done more with this analysis but his was the pure basics of how his Greek God counterpart is. Davis is really cool, please give him more attention dev team.

Heimdall
Tumblr media
Heimdall Blood Code Study- Jack Rutherford "A blood code received from Jack. It holds his do-or-die will to sacrifice everything for duty and to preserve balance. This code specializes in highly aggressive melee combat but its weight allowance is extremely low."
Introductions to Blood Codes and Jack
Blood Codes are the abilities imbued within a Revenant's Blood. Each Blood Code is unique to each Revenant that resides within the Gaol of the Mist. Once a Revenant has awakened from their slumber after the BOR parasite has been placed in them, the blood takes on a Code which I believe derives from the characteristics of that Revenant.
It isn't confirmed, but Jack is either a First or Second Generation Revenant. He is bound to his duty to protect the Successors and the Relic's and is willing to give up everything to ensure everyone's safety in the Vein.
Norse Mythology
Jack's blood code is based on the Norse God Heimdall.
Heimdall is known as the watcher of Gods. He resides in a place called Himinbjörg  (Sky Cliff) which is situated on top of Bifrost, which is the rainbow bridge that leads to Asgard. As mentioned in the texts regarding Heimdall, his eyesight can see through day and night and he uses them to see things from hundreds of miles away. His hearing is super sensitive that he can hear plants growing from the ground. He is known for carrying a horn around with him that he uses when intruders trespass near Asgard. There was an instance where he did battle with Loki during Ragnarok when the Giants were planning to cross the bridge to invade Asgard.
In older poems, Heimdall is also considered a father of mankind. He was one of the many offspring of Odin and was born from: "No less than nine mothers," as texts describe it. In some cases, Heimdall is also associated with the Ram.
Tumblr media
Similarities between Jack and Heimdall
Heimdall is the watcher of Gods, Jack is a watcher of the Successors.
Jack is one of the few characters in the game who's blood code isn't based on a Greek God. As he is from Norse Mythology, Heimdall doesn't have any relations to the other blood codes with the other Greek Gods and the few Non-Greek Gods.
As Heimdall is the watcher of the Gods, he is a guard of the bridge to Asgard. He would prevent any attacks towards the kingdom.  When there were signs of invasion, he would sound his horn and headfirst into battle to destroy them. It's similar to Jack with the case of the Relics. Jack is Watcher but also a protector of the Vein. He doesn't reside in one place, he's everywhere and anywhere there is a sign of a Successor or a Relic.
Jack is a guard of all the Successors and just like Heimdall, he is completely loyal to the duty he's been entrusted with. Heimdall protects everyone in Asgard from afar, similar to Jack as well but with Jack, it's more upfront when it comes to the Successors. Like how he tried to check in with Mido. Asgard, in this case, is the Gaol of the Mists but Jack works inside rather than outside of it to protect the realm.
Tumblr media
Jack possesses the Relic of the Eyes. With the power of the Relic, he can see the potential of future Successors who are compatible with relics and evaluate the state of those who already have a Relic. This is similar to the powerful eyesight that Heimdall possesses to see from far distances and no matter what the current visibility is (whether it's night or day).
As for Heimdall being the presumable father of mankind, we can see Jack as the founder of the Watchers who protects Revenants and the world of Vein. He brought the duty onto himself after the Queen was slain and he and the others departed with their Relics. Jack has a high mental fortitude to keep his current form and perform his duties as a Watcher of the Relic's, just like Eva. With Eva, Jack and MC, these are the three characters with the highest BOR compatibility in the game asides from Cruz.
Heimdall is committed to his duty as a guard just as the description of the blood code itself: "It holds his do-or-die will to sacrifice everything for duty and to preserve balance." Both Heimdall and Jack share the same motivations regarding their duties, even if it renders Jack to tears.
Tumblr media
Heimdall's Gifts
Stamina Stimulant- Increases maximum stamina. Charge Accelerator-Increases the speed of charged actions. Dexterity/Fortitude Up- Increases dexterity and fortitude.
With Heimdall's many talents and enhanced senses, It makes sense that Jack has gifts that would propel these talents even further. Especially in terms of battle prowess and accelerating himself. - Regeneration Shift-Reduces the number of times regeneration can be used, but increases the amount healed. Night Fog Veil-Wraps your body in a cloak of fog-like blood, making it harder to be detected.
Regeneration shift may be associated with Heimdall drinking mead (alcohol/honey wine) while guarding the bridge. There's always an advantage and a disadvantage to warriors drinking in mythology and the same goes for Heimdall. Night Fog Veil matches with Heimdall's description of being shiny and is the whitest of the gods. The light could be blinding enough to prevent invaders from crossing the bridge he guards. The same can be said for Jack since it involves him being harder to detect with this gift. - Sacrificial Edge-Greatly increases attack power, but drains HP over time. Severing Abyss-Leap and slam down with all your might. An offensive skill preformed with One-handed sword/Halberd/Bayonet. Morale Boost-Increases the maximum stamina of you and your partner and fully restores both your stamina.
These gifts are connected with Heimdall's ways of battle. Since there are times where he does have to fight those who are invading Asgard such as Loki. His battle style is all about remaining loyal to his duties he's bound to that he would gladly make sacrifices to get the job done. Jack is the same when it comes to his fighting style. If we recall the cutscene in the Catherdral, his fighting stances and attacks were aggressive but poised with experience.
Tumblr media
Concluding thoughts
The God that Jack's blood code is based off on was a lot of fun to research since I wasn't aware of this God before the game (I'm not that well versed in Norse mythology). However, after making the connections between Heimdall and Jack, I think this God is the perfect choice for Jack due to all the reasonings I've written above. He does feel sympathy, and he is empathetic towards his comrades. He may have a hard time expressing his emotions but clearly, he was mourning when he was about to kill Eva and seemed sad killing MC in the memories. The writing behind Jack is great, and he is a wonderful character with the role he has in the story. This one was also fun to research since I’m not well versed in Norse Mythology. Although, I wish I could’ve written more about him in the similarities section, but the lore behind Heimdall is very scarce on the internet. If DLC’s gives us more Jack in the future, I'm taking it cause I feel like there's so much more to him that can be expanded on. I'm looking forward to learning more about him! :D

Not completely back, but I did an art thing. I was messing around with my pressure sensitivity and also wanted to try a background. I think I’m understanding hands a little more.
I imagine that this is Marleu returning a book she borrowed from Louis and the two are talking about it. They’re both happy, she likes talking about what she read, and Louis is happy to listen and have someone to share his passion for stories with.

In comparison to the Hellfire Knight, the Frozen Empress was really easy for me. Managed to beat it on my third try o_o: Once you’ve avoid the lasers when half of its hp is down, the rest is simple. Not much of their moveset changed as the battle progressed, at least in my point of view. I didn’t change much of my gifts set up from Hellfire Knight, but here are some tips again for those who might be struggling.
Blood codes I used: Queenslayer
Companions: Yakumo
Active Gifts:
Shifting hollow (Ranger blood code)- It mainly helped me to avoid the lasers if I timed it right or for evading in general.
Chaotic Ash (Queen blood code)- The flame and defence gifts I had drained ichor easily so chaotic ash was a great help for me.
Iron Will (Berserker blood code)- This and Yakumo’s Foulblood barrier together is the perfect defence.
Flame Weapon (Prometheus blood code)- My element choice since the boss was ice element related.
Ice Armor (Artemis blood code)- it’s element was ice so I had the buff for it in case.
Flame Barrage (RV Mastery 112)- Sometimes if I tried to hit it, it either wasn’t connecting because of the position my player character was in (like when you’re underneath it or something). So I added some extra damage using this gift instead of my bayonet.
Cleansing Light (Queenslayer blood code)- I only used it once when the small ice on the ground were scattered and moving everywhere. Too much chaos was happening all at once, so I just used it instinctively.
Restorative offering- We all need this lol;
Passive gifts:
Improved Regeneration (Warrior blood code)
Strength/Willpower up (Scathach blood code)
Stamina Stimulant (Heimdall blood code)
Tirelessness (RV Mastery 115)

Harmonia
Tumblr media
Harmonia Blood Code Study- Eva Roux "A blood code received from Eva. It holds her will to pay back and dedicate her life to the one who saved her from being a slave. This code improves focus bonuses and features excellent Dark Gifts. It is weak to being staggered but supplies ample amounts of ichor."
Introduction to Blood Codes and Eva
Blood Codes are the abilities imbued within a Revenant's Blood. Each Blood Code is unique to each Revenant that resides within the Gaol of the Mist. Once a Revenant has awakened from their slumber after the BOR parasite has been placed in them, the blood takes on a Code which I believe derives from the characteristics of that Revenant.
Eva willingly became a Third Generation Revenant during her time with Jack. She is completely devoted to Jack and is willing to do anything to assist Jack or take on burdens that would cause him less pain. Even when her strength falters or she's at the edge of a frenzy, she'll prioritize Jack's wellbeing. Jack has the same feelings when it comes to protecting Eva as well. That's why these two balance each other so well as Watchers of the Successors.
Greek Mythology
Eva's Blood Code is based on the Greek Goddess Harmonia.
Harmonia was known as the Goddess of harmony and concord. The only notable story linked with this Goddess is the Necklace of Harmonia. It all started with Hephaestus, who discovered that his wife Aphrodite the Goddess of love had cheated on him with Ares the God of War. He cursed their future bloodline saying that any offspring from them would be cursed. Harmonia is Aphrodite's daughter and Harmonia was to be wed to Cadmus, the founder of the city of Thebes. When Hephaestus heard about the marriage, he created a necklace for Harmonia and offered it as a gift.
The Necklace of Harmonia is said to bring misfortune to anyone who their possessor is. In exchange, the necklace grants eternal youth and beauty to the one who wears it. The necklace itself was made from gold and jewels and it had two small snakes clasped on the gem
Tumblr media
Due to the exploits of Cadmus, when he was ready to sacrifice a cow to the Goddess Athena, a water dragon attacked but he managed to kill it. The dragon was under the jurisdiction of Ares, Harmonia's father and served him for eight years until he and the gods demanded he marries Harmonia. After their marriage, the necklace brought on many diseases upon the city of Thebes and to their family. Harmonia and Cadmus left the city and went to Illyria. In the end, Harmonia and Cadmus were both turned into serpents. Cadmus' fate was ill and reclined his fate to turn into a serpent himself just as the dragon he slain. Harmonia followed, wanting the same fate as Cadmus.
The necklace itself was continuously passed down to her daughter and future generations but all of them suffered devastating misfortunes.
Similarities to Eva and Harmonia
Harmonia brings harmony to all things, and Eva's high compatibility with the relics and the power of her voice alone bring harmony in the realm of the Vein. Her voice can calm the Lost and Successors from their frenzy (even if it's only temporary).
We have Rin who carries the Blood Code Hephaestus and Eva who has the Harmonia blood code, but they're drastically opposite to their Greek God counterparts. When Eva left home base, Rin was the one who was supposed to watch over her but was disappointed in herself for not being able to go after her. Rin was very distraught about it and was genuinely worried if Eva was okay or not. Unlike Hephaestus' spiteful nature, Rin is an absolute sweetheart and I can imagine her hugging Eva the minute she returned to Home Base safe and sound.
Based on the lore of Harmonia, we could say Cadmus is Jack as Eva is to Harmonia. Jack worked tirelessly for years after Operation Queenslayer to watch over the Relic's and Successors just as Cadmus served years under Ares service. Jack 'killed' the MC and the MC relates to the Water Dragon that Cadmus ended up killing. Both MC and the dragon were both under a rule of another, the MC taking in the Queen's blood which made them become a successor inheriting the relic and the water dragon is under Ares' jurisdiction when they ruled over certain land. Cadmus had to make up for the dragon's death while Jack had to begin his duties of being a watcher after he puts down the MC.
As mentioned, Ares ordered Cadmus to marry Eva and thus began their endeavors and their route of misfortunes when she received the necklace. While Jack gave Eva as much freedom as he could, she willingly chose to assist Jack and remain at his side, not because of obligation but she sincerely cares for him. While not much is noted of Harmonia's personality, even she remained devoted to her husband until the bitter end.
Tumblr media
With Eva having the capacity to store many relics within her, it is also her misfortune. She is aware that carrying many relics takes a toll on her as we see her collapse while stopping Jack. However, she knows she has the power to contain them and she will do it if it lessens Jack's burden. With the Necklace of Harmonia, the city of Thebes bred disease and it also affected the people and Harmonia's family.
It relates to the Revenants in the Vein that suffers from Bloodthirst and the lack of blood beads. It also pays homage to it in the Crown of Sand area, since wherever the player or your partner steps on the sand, it immediately drains Ichor. "Leak" is a debuff in the game and it describes as: "This debuff causes your blood to rot, slowly draining your ichor." if any Revenant's blood rots then they're unable to use any abilities or Gifts which could be considered a disease in itself.
“Look, there used to be ruins here, but now they’ve been turned into a desert. the successor who created the crypt used their very last ounce of strength as they struggled to resist their relic. The wind scattered salt from a dried up lake over the land nearby, making it barren. Now it’s the same kind of desolate place as the one where Eva was born. She and I promised each other that if either of us fell to the thirst, the other would have the last of their humanity. Eva is waiting for me... just over there...I’m talking too much. anyway, i’m going on ahead. this is between me and Eva.” -Jack Rutherford
Also, regarding the relics, the main disease that Jack and Eva have to worry about is frenzy. Once frenzy hits, it's over.
Cadmus was burdened with being the founder of the city and eventually caving into his fate to become a serpent, a similar beast to the dragon he slain. Harmonia followed him and joined in with his fate. We see Eva doing this for Jack as well. Eva wasn't a Revenant yet when she met Jack and in the end after everything that transpired between both of them, Eva decides to join Jack and become a Revenant and the Successor of the Relic.
As Jack mentioned in the Crown of Sands area, Eva grew up in a similar environment. This is related to the city of Thebes that Cadmus founded. The city of Thebes is a city in a desert environment that matches well with how Eva is linked to the sands. Harmonia married to Cadmus in the City of Thebes and resided there for a decent amount of time. Eva grew up in an area similar to Thebes (we're not sure where in the real world the Vein is referenced from).
As we can see in Eva's design. Her scars are probably her physical representation of Harmonia's misfortune along with the infamous Harmonia's Necklace. While there's no official image I can reference from (cause frankly the necklace could have a vastly different design and there are various interpretations of it), Eva does wear a necklace and Jack also wear a necklace matching with her, which displays how they both are willing to share the same fate. This is a nod to Harmonia's lore.
Tumblr media
Harmonia's Gifts
Gift Prowess-Temporarily increases gift speed for you and your partner.
This Gift as you guys can probably guess relates to Harmonia's relationship with Cadmus. Qhile many things happened during their time together, they remained together til the bitter end. They both supported eachother despite the fate and the curses that fell upon them. - Max Ichor Boost-Increases the maximum amount of ichor that can be held. Mind/Willpower Up-Increases mind and willpower.
These Gifts specifically pertain to Harmonia's necklace. While the necklace caused her misfortune, it gave her eternal youth which is the only benefit she had. Ichor is special blood that enables a Revenant to use Gifts and abilities so the more ichor a Revenant has the more versatile, and it's the same with Eva. In terms of the Mind/Willpower Up, it's within the same theory including the fact that Harmonia in Greek lore is very strong-willed to keep up with misfortune after misfortune. - Supernatural Blood-Enables you to sacrifice HP to use Gifts when you have run out of ichor.
Harmonia turned into a snake and sacrificed herself when her husband fell prey to the same fate. Harmonia did it voluntarily just like Eva voluntarily became a Revenant to support Jack. This Gift references from Harmonia's sacrifice. - Volatile Storm-Creates blades of sand that converge on the target and explode. Sand Edge-Creates a blade of high-pressurized sand from the ground that knocks away foes.
The gifts here with sand like properties relates to the city of Thebes where Harmonia's husband founded and ruled over. Harmonia was also by her husband's side and lived within the city as well. Thebes in real life is a sand-like area as well (however we don't know if Eva is really from there or not). While Harmonia was not a fighting God, she was a part of the city and these are more based on Harmonia wanting to protect her family and the people of Thebes from any threats.
Tumblr media
Concluding thoughts
Eva is a very lovely character overall. I feel like the lore of Harmonia matches well with her and it balances out with Jack being her Cadmus in the lore. Other than the Necklace of Harmonia and how Harmonia matches with her ideals, there's not too much to expand on. The one thing I am thankful though is that her supposed 'misfortunes' weren't as severe as her Greek God counterpart. She brings a great sense of balance to the crew at home base and I don't think the story would work out without her presence. Plus her dedication to Jack is something that should be admired.

I hope you get better!! Please take as much time as you need to heal. I completely understand where you’re coming from. We thank you for your wonderful contributions to the fandom, whether it was scans from the artbook, requests/prompts and Marleu content. There’s no need to apologize, right now you need to focus on yourself. I really appreciate and admire the stuff you did for CV. If you do come back, we’ll welcome you with open arms and veils!! :D
Hi,
I don't really know how to say this, but I guess I'm going on a long hiatus. To put it simple, I'm not well, and took it out on good people who don't deserve it. I know I hurt potential friends and burned bridges in the worst way possible. If you're mad at me, I don't blame you for being so. I deserve it.
I thought these invasive thoughts I was having would go away but it looks they aren't and I just made things worse for myself. I need to step away and to get better, so I will be concentrating on that for the time being.
I don't know when I'll be back or if Code Vein will even still be a thing, so thank you everyone that followed this blog. I loved writing the prompts I did and sharing the artbook. I just wish my mental state was better than it currently is so I could keep enjoying it with you.
Please take care of yourselves and thank you for sticking with me. I'm sorry this all happened.

Kinda got hooked on jibaku shounen hanako-kun while dealing with a super rough week. It’s so good!! The characters are so likeable and the art style plus colour schemes is lovely too!! 🥰 (I already bought the artbook for it too!! Couldn’t resist!).
Gonna skip posting lore this week though. Too much changes happened irl and I have to get my stock of posts back to normal (I’ve been slacking on typing them out due to stress 😅 ).
