How I'm storing my bread this week! The crust on these sourdough loaves makes it a great bread for storing in beeswax wrap like @ideal_wrap ❤ The breathability of the wrap keeps the crust from becoming soft and chewy - and the XL size fits them perfectly. Since I don't need all these carbs this week, I will slice and freeze a few portions in my wrap, as well! I get questions on freezing beeswax wrap, so I am also trying to put some tips together in a blog post. Fall Mood: 💛 Butternut squash is a super healthy fall and winter treat with TONS of flavor! It's lower in calories than potatoes and sweet potatoes but can be used similarly recipes and has much the same flavor profile. I've replaced a few weekly starches with butternut squash which means I get to eat MORE COOKIES!!! 🍪🥳🎉 I usually cook one half of the squash and save the other half for another night. KEEPS A WEEK OR LONGER WRAPPED IN THE FRIDGE ➡️ @ideal_wrap ⬅️ But you can definitely cook ahead, too! Details if anyone is curious 👉🏻 it was a very simple process, and I used LegalZoom for the initial filing. It took about 10 weeks for the USPTO to review my application, and I had a minor correction to make (even though I am positive I did it correctly the first time) and it did not take long (7 days total) for the correction to be made and sorted, and then another 4 weeks until I received the Notice of Publication. Mark was then published in the TMOG ("the Gazette") 3 weeks after the notice. From there, if no one opposes your mark within 30 days, it is issued 11 weeks after the publication date.
