Are there any deer that are both fanged and have antlers as females? 🥺

The only species that have both antlers and fangs are muntjacs and tufted deer, unless you count the very small canine teeth (or "ivories") elk, red deer, and sika deer may produce

Tufted deer (Elaphodus cephalophus)

Both are usually only grown by male deer, as they're linked to testosterone production. However, rare intersex conditions are documented in females of other species (namely white-tailed deer and roe deer), which cause them to grow antlers. It's plausibly happened with muntjacs and tufted deer, too!
