Just found out about the Siemens S62! Not only is it a very cute and silly phone with its little round ears like a hamster but it's also very common in customizing circles, and in Italy!
It also had a push button version (unsurprising, this same method was used on the 791 and 611) and a wall version. The wall version looks even sillier and cuter ♥

Huge day for me because I haven't stopped thinking about this telephone since I got the ask, I have found which one it is LIKELY based on. The ATC empress rotary.
I still have no clue which company made the push button version but this is a step on the right direction

Okay first and foremost SUCH a cutie absolutely love it. I love wide and round telephones like this. Always so silly.
That aside, I'll admit I can't identify this to save my life. But! BUT ☝️ before I'm egged for failing at my sole gimmick I'll defend myself saying this is not a classic rotary but a retro simil one.
The closest I managed to get where these two:
Astral Belgravia Telephone & Microtel 96410
Both are fake rotaries, have golden details, the same rotary dial style (very distinctive; gpo makes similar telephones yet is plain), same stand, and both are waterdrop shaped, thin at the top thick at the bottom. But Microtel is WAY too thin, and Astral is So close but it's not wide enough!
So yes, no. This phone is so cute and I love its curves but I'm not the guy to identify it SMDHNFVF </3
