kira nerys is such a funny character to me. imagine if your boss was also like a religious, holy figure that you personally believe in. but he doesn’t want to be a religious figure so you try to keep it low key. also he wants to play baseball with you.

Garak is not a main charavter of deep space nine. he is in like six episodes. if you haven't seen the show you might not believe me but im not afraid to be honest. garak is not a main character and most of the show would be identical without him.

my two cents in the quark sex argument is imagine how good you have to become at oral sex once you have to do it with ferengi teeth. every act of eating out becomes a stealth mission of impossible delicacy and intent. he could probably do the thing where you tie a knot in a cherry stem with his tongue, without touching the teeth. imagine.

it IS true that deep space nine is very much in conversation with the next generation and you should probably watch the latter before seeing the former to get everything it's trying to get across, but, on occasion, watching ds9 without having seen tng is extremely funny
