At long last I post Velvet's design, The idea here is cottagecore, This is just her working attire, She has a closet full of dresses from the castle.

This takes place before band together.

She got hired onto the royal staff because of having a good eye for floral decor, The actual gardening aspect came later.

Bridget and Gristle are very lenient on her because they wouldn't push her to work super super hard.

The hair is actually a plant, She usually wears her original hair during winter for obvious reasons.

Velvet does live in the castle, The bergens usually don't pay much mind to her, Unless she does something insane like stretching a limb bc it freaks them out.

Velvet has difficulty communicating her feelings, She's usually in direct about things and hides behind insults to tell people things.

Gratitude is incredibly hard for her to give, Because it just feels like she's being fake or that they'd get mad and think she didn't actually mean it just because she's forcing it out.

She shows her appreciation through other means, Usually gifts left with a note because being genuine to someone's face is extremely hard.

That's your daily lore dump.

Gardener au has been really fun because I've had to examine things in trolls and figure out how to interpret it in either my own way or what could be interesting to the lore as well as the interactions.

Stuff like Poppy claiming that Branch is a bad influence on Velvet, And for him to try and deny it, Only to watch Velvet reherse scaring another Rageon away from pop village/bergen town

I made a trolls au and fic :)

It takes place on the way back to pop village after world tour, The trolls are having a merry little time before Branch stops and notices a creature unconscious.

It's not a bergen or troll of any kind they can tell.

What it actually is, Is a mount rageon.

Velvet specifically.

The short and quick of it is a found family centered au on the basis of what if Velvet went looking for trolls but couldn't find them bc of the world tour, Only to be taken in from exhaustion by the pop trolls and bergens?

I've called it the gardener au because despite everything, Velvet takes up gardening as a hobbie, This isn't meant to be a super serious project, Just something I'm choosing to do out of fun.

I do have art of her design later down the line.
