There are definitely lots of things to try but I'm not sure mala will suit your palette cuz it's somewhat of an earned taste kinda thing. You'll either love It or hate it.

I think I recommend something more mild for your first time tho. Braised pork and a lot of the noodles are a good start.

I really love septimont landscape!!! Lupa is sooo cute and sweet. Definitely gonna pull for her and her weapon! I know she's a wolf but she looks like she would go crazy over cat nip

I also heard she's gonna be cracked for fusion teams. Still mentally recovering from the brant...I'm Brantless (つ╥﹏╥)つ

Augusta also looks soo cool, though I wish she had some muscle...

Any thoughts on septimont? I really love the landscape but I don't really think it blends technology and traditional aspects well 😭

predators in a zombie apocalypse. i'm going to write a fic of this 🗿

Humans (mainly the scientists and a certain big corporation that wanted to play with viruses) decided to fuck around and find out, and what did they get in return? An infestation. A disease. A zombie apocalypse.

And there was no cure in sight.

As for the predators, when a few of them decided to do a hunt on earth as they usually would, they take a pause. A species they quite enjoy taunting and hunting down is literally going extinct right before their eyes - and they refuse to just blow the earth up like they would do to an xenomorph invasion. They may be hunters, but even they know they shouldn't do that - well, only because they didn't want to take humans off the "fun to torment/hunt list."

So imagine your surprise as you were being surrounded by a group of zombies, trying your best to shoot at each and every one of them, about to be overrun ... only to be saved. Plasma like blasts shot past your head and into the hordes coming your way.

The zombies were taken down without any sort of trouble, and when you turned to see who had fired those blasts. Nothing. You didn't see anyone else around. No one was going to believe you if you said a word about this.

Not a single person.

Meanwhile, up on a roof of a building, a yautja was watching closely as you shakily bent down to grab your backpack, took one final look around, before making a swift exit. You looked strong, but he had to remind himself that he wasn't here to hunt you (yet), he had to first clean up the mess you humans made.

Thinking of a yautja who is just super curious about your tattoos. How the ink is etched into your arms, your neck, your back, and a little on your chest. He finds himself tracing them. Tilting his head to look at them, studying them. He especially likes the one on your neck. Loves to press his whole palm around it to see if he can engulf the tattoo with his entire hand.

"This one," he said.

"Got it a year ago," you said as you laid your head on his chest, his hand lightly squeezing your neck, squishing the skin of where the tattoo was, "i don't know why i got it," you ended up saying, "just thought it looked cool, I guess."

You didn't seem at all perturbed with his hand around your throat, you just relaxed in his grip as he continued to adjust and readjust his grip on your neck, almost as if he was massaging your throat.

You wondered if he'll ask about the others and what he will think about the ones he can't see yet.

He was by your side in an instant when he saw you curled in on yourself on the floor. His weapon was dropped and laid forgotten, his mask tossed to the side, and his hands were reaching for you.

"It- it's hurts-"

"Who hurt you? Where are they?"

He was inspecting you as he he got you in his hold. His clawed hands patting you down and looking for traces of blood.

Sniffling, you pointed. Tilting his head up, ready to strike an opponent who may also use cloaking technology. Instead, however, nothing was in sight, not even a glowing pair of eyes.

"That stupid table," you managed to say through your tears and hiccups, "i stubbed my pinky toe against it!"

Your yautja (who dealt with a lot of your bs) let go of you then and stood up to leave.

"Aren't you going to avenge me?!"

"No."

Despite being dramatic over a stubbed toe, you did find a new table having replaced the old one.

FIRST HUSBAND PRANK. yautja x human!reader

You knew your cultures were not the same, and that their humor was ... vastly different from your own. However, that didn't stop you from wanting to prank your husband/mate.

That is - if you could manage to trick him in the first place.

All too quickly, at the start of your relationship, you learned that you could never pull a fast one on him. If it was his instincts telling him you were up to something or if you were just too obvious, you didn't know, but you still wanted to try.

"Just sit here with me, ok?"

You two were on his ship, and you felt like it was a good time to send a message to your mother. How she was ok with you leaving her to be with your alien husband, you weren't sure, but you also weren't complaining.

Tapping a few buttons to start the recording, you then plopped into his lap and smiled, "Hey mom," you began, " just wanted to give you an update on how me and my first husband are-"

Almost immediately, he stood up, his fingers digging into your sides as he held you against him, his mandibles brushing your face until one of them dug a bit into your skin making you laugh and pull away.

"First?! Who's the second?!"

"Oh, you know~," you teased making him groan.

"No, I dont- who is he?"

"Why do you need to know?"

You couldn't keep yourself from laughing or leaning into him.

"So I can kill him and put his skull on display-"

You kissed his cheek, "ok, ok- no need to go that far, I was only kidding! It was a prank, I promise."

He will never understand human humor. Ever.

Meanwhile, your mother sighed as she shut off the recording you (accidentally) sent her. At least you were happy...
