America’s highest court just decided in favor of discrimination. Three years ago they decided same-sex couples can get married and now are saying we don’t deserve the dignity that other Americans receive. This is revolting.

nothing entertaining anymore?
is it me or is nothing entertaining anymore on the internet?
scratch that, one thing is entertaining, but perhaps in the worst way. politics are interesting to me because it’s a chance to exercise my ability to think. but recently i find myself exhausted with the way in which the world operates. everyone can say they are Jaded, but that doesn’t mean anything really.
but it really feels like everyone is in a secret depression, or maybe a not-so-secret depression.
youtube feels like it’s full of nothing but low brow content and quality content being choked out because of a lapse in what i think is resources, free time, and creativity.
Generations of possible creatives have been snuffed out because of high college prices and stagnant wages, and every facet of entertainment is proving that. We are in a so called “golden age” of media, but more and more often it feels like we all long for a mythical prosperity, something that can only be gained when wealth is decentralized.
TV is stale. Escapist movies keep breaking records and the concept of ‘family’ and ‘resources’ are becoming more and more common.
i’m a bit of an artist, and honestly that’s some spooky foreshadowing.
am i cynical? yeah. am i edgy as fuck? HELL yeah.
