HOW TO RECOVER FORGOTTEN APPLE ID OR PASSWORD ON IPHONE/IPAD?
On your device, open a web browser and to the iforgot.apple.com website.
Enter your email address used as Apple ID, add the character it displays, and click the Continue button.
Enter the phone numbers you use with your Apple ID as prompted.
Apple will send you a message to all of the Apple devices where you are signed in to iCloud.
Tap Allow on your Apple device nearby and follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
RECOVER FORGOTTEN APPLE ID OR PASSWORD WITHOUT PHONE NUMBER
Go to the Apple ID account page on a web browser: iforgot.apple.com.
Click on "Forgot Apple ID or password?"
On the next page, enter your Apple ID (if you remember it) and click on "Continue."
If you do not remember your Apple ID, follow the steps mentioned above to recover it first.
On the next page, choose the "Reset password" option.
Select the option to receive a password reset link via email instead of using a phone number.
Check your email inbox for an email from Apple with instructions on how to reset your password.
Click on the provided link and follow the steps to set a new password.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD FROM MACBOOK?
To reset your Apple ID password from a MacBook, follow these steps:
Click on the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select "System Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
Click on "Apple ID," which is represented by a blue icon with your Apple ID name.
Select the "Password & Security" option from the left sidebar.
Under the "Security" section, click on the "Change Password" button.
You may be prompted to enter your MacBook's administrator password again for security verification.
Now, you'll need to enter your current password (if you remember it) and then enter your new password.
After entering your new password, click "Change Password" to confirm the change.
Now, your Apple ID password will be changed.
