spent the full day cleaning ahead of hosting a late christmas get together with my bf's family (also used the opportunity to deep clean shit that has been scattered around since i moved in so them coming was a good excuse to get it done) so rewarding myself tumblr on laptop in bed time which feels very 2014 core for my mainly desktop-using self. as in i havent accessed tumblr not sitting by my desk in probably years

TWOC in need of assistance ASAP

my friend is a 20 year old trans femme currently living in an abusive situation with her parents, who if they find out she is trans, will either escalate the abuse severely or kick her out without warning.

we have found her a flatshare, but she needs help getting first months rent & deposit as the council is refusing to help her. we are looking into a few charities as well, but their processing times are often quite long and she needs to be out by end of November.

i know this is a bad time and that everyone is skint, but please, help her access some stable housing.

we are currently looking to raise £1000 to cover part of the rent and deposit by the 28th November which gives a very tight deadline
