Something I've noticed when building worlds in Sims 3 how IMPORTANT it is to do routing and numbr of lots correctly. It actually doesn't matter too much if the world is small or big, routing really causes at least 50+% lag in this game. This mountain map is for example built on the largest map. And it still runs as good as my other city Ostbrück, which is a small map. (well of course it's not populated yet, but like I said number of lots + routing cause more than 50+% of the lag, IMO!) Oh yeah, and my worlds are filled with almost 2GB of CC soooo, yeah! Routing routing routing... and don't explode your worlds with lots :))!

This soon finished mountain world runs sooo fluent!!! I was afraid first it would not run smooth bc of the routing for the mountains and stuff. Well I also managed to compromise lots very well, (basically multiple rabbitholes on one lot so you can save yourself from higher lot numbers). Ugh I can't wait to release this world soon! Ngl I had so much fun doing it and idk what happened but my game hasn't crashed ONCE, since I started building this world???? Hello????

Still gonna do some routing tests, then I will finish 3 more buildings, populate it, then some more tests are needed and theeeennn ;)))

hey everyone, i'm trying to gauge interest in my townie makeovers.

as a certified cc-loving freak, i've been having a lot of fun customizing their looks and making them over in my vision, while sometimes kinda maintaining their original essence (when i feel like it).

they might not be everyone's taste, but these were always meant to be a self indulgent exercise. like everything else i make 😂

i'm considering sharing them as individual or bulk sim downloads, but i don't know whether people would actually use them in their games. it's not like CAS cc where i can sometimes see it in other people's screenshots, and know that it was indeed Useful To Others.

so please let me know if you'd be interested or if it'd be a waste of time.

i will most likely upload them in bulk as .sim files with a short list of general default cc used, if there is enough interest. you can then re-style them using whatever cc you have on hand, or use them as bases for new sims.

(i appreciate the folks who have expressed interest in the past 💗)

Beckford World- Beta

This world-Edit Hylewood by the amazing @nilxis,credit for the terrain and plant placement goes to them.Then the world was redone by one of my favourite creators @Gruesim so the replacement texture roads are to her credit. The world has 27 public lots and 16 residential lots. Stor sets are present in the world! They are included in the download in package format,also in the build there are fixes for these sets.Please read the document inside on how to properly install the Stor fixes in PACKAGE format!!!!

Recommendations for optimising the world. I advise and even insist that you use with this world mods Nraas:Master controller,nraas Overwatch,nraas Register,nraas Traffic.(Links to them do not give, I think they have you and so all installed):)Optimise the world with these mods: remove unnecessary transport, generated by the game stray animals, paparazzi and tourists. The world is released in betta version as it was little tested (and I will not have such an opportunity in the near future, so I put it out to you earlier than planned).

Hi! Your german world is amazing! But save file is greyed out as if it is from other version. Do you know what can be a problem? I have all sp, ep and 1.67 version

Hey, thank you! Okay hmm never had this before. The only issue I could think of did you put the world into the right folders? The world was created with every expansion pack but no sp so I can't think of any errors regarding to that. :/

Working on a new project ;)). I just can't believe what`s possible nowdays in Sims 3! I want to create all kinds of different European towns for the Sims 3 and the next one is going to be a mountain themed town. I'm actually Austrian, living in the mountains myself so I will be having lots of fun with this one!

"Ostbrück is a city full of history. Rich History. A total gorgeous lake, beautiful old buildings, some even leading back to medieval times. And let's not forget the mighty castle "Schloss Eisenhut" which is the citys' superstar. Ostbrück has been exisiting for a long time now and it's still shining bright to this day with many young and ambitious sims coming to this town to fullfill their lives. Oh yeah almost forgot! It's not the cheapest city!"

ITS HEREEE! After months of hard work I finally managed to create my own European world called "Ostbrück am Schwansee"! Dive into a beautiful, semi-realistic European world with dozens of historical buildings, a castle, a lake and lots of pedestrian areas. All built by me!

It's a small world with 53 lots, housing 62 Sims and features most of the rabbitholes + an university. I invested a lot of time in fixing issues, routing and so on so the world runs even with a lot of CC totally fantastic! Please please please tag me if you post screenshots when playing it! I would love to see!

I used all expansion packs. And you can find every base game spawner.

How to install, populated save file and required CC is all included in the download. A huge thank you to all the amazing CC creators out here, without your creations this world wouldn't have been possible. Please make sure to check them out and support them.
