If there’s one thing I can do, it’s design fun outfits for my sillays ! RIP Acronix you would have loved Prime Empire <3 Design notes under the cut !

• Acronix goes full blue and green with his avatar because he rarely gets to go all out with his element colors! Plus light blue is fairly common in the type of futurism aesthetic his avatar has!

• The track suit look ties back into Acronix’s element ! Since Forward Motion is often compared to Speed I thought it was fitting!

• Acronix’s hair is extra long, he’s slightly taller, his skin is blue, and he has a cybernetic arm all in an attempt to look as “cool” as possible. He also specifically has his “Elemental Eye Colors”, since I assume he misses his eye colors from before he lost his powers.

• The arrows on Acronix’s skin are supposed to mimic PIXAL’s wire marking due to Acronix’s interest in Borg tech.

• For Krux I attempted to fuse the Victorian steampunk aesthetic with traditional Chinese elements. I was particularly happy with the use of the simplified xiangyun pattern paired with that cogs- because it looks like steam!

• Krux refused to change anything as specific with his appearance (he finds Acronix making himself blue so obnoxious) but his goggles do mimic his eye colors from before he lost his powers.

• Krux styled his hair how he used to back in The Old Days because he thought Acronix would like it.

• Despite the fact their outfits contrast heavily compared to normal, they do have similar design elements ! For example both of them have their specific clock hand on their shoes and their right sleeves. And then they both have both of their hands in one specific spot (Acronix’s hair sticks and Krux’s shoulder pad)

• Theu both have two means of telling the time. Acronix has two watch wristband things, which Krux has a pocket watch and an hour glass attached to his belts.

• My favorite part of their designs is how I mimicked their eye makeup ! For Acronix it’s very clearly represented by his green visor, and for Krux is it represented by soot on his face. The implication is that some sort of steampunk invention blew up while he was wearing his goggles and left the mark ! I thought that was fun xP
