Usually on Memorial Day weekend I venture out to one of our numerous nearby National Cemeteries to take a few photos and contemplate. It is always a humbling experience, no matter how many times I do it. This year was different, as I'm a bit under the weather and did not get out. So, here are some photos from previous years.

On this Memorial Day weekend enjoy the freedoms that we have. Sit back, relax, grill a few steaks, and watch the Indy 500.

But, just for a few moments please think about the hundreds of thousands of men and women that gave their lives to protect those freedoms. It’s the least we can do.
