I recently replayed BATDR, and I can't help but feel bad for the ink demon.

In the first game (BATIM) we learn that he's a failed experiment, and is left to rot in Thomas Connors(?) office. From the get-go, he is hated and feared. And is continued to be hated and feared... Because of the way he looks....

Then we learn in BATDR, Wilson tortured the ever loving hell out of him! From the keepers logs, they mention sedation, LITERALLY say the word 'torture', and is forced into a smaller form where he is further tortured in.

This guy CANNOT catch a break.

Then, when he trusts Audrey, and offers her his powers and body, he's met with 'the end.'

Yeah, he's a bad guy, but after all he's been through I can't really blame him.
