I love how all of the main character’s eyes on The Witcher are epic, but fake, and then. THEN. You have Jaskier who literally has THE most beautiful eyes Bc his just are naturally gorgeous

One where Jaskier high key has elf!abilities and just hasn't used them cause he got used to Geralt being there to protect them. One day they get kidnapped and Geralt cant use his witchery powers cause he's tied up magically. The captors didnt tie up Jaskier cause he's "just a bard". Jaskier then uses his badassery to save them.

I live for the Half-Elf!Jaskier and the Elf!Jaskier headcanons-

He already knows how to fight hand-to-hand, duel wielding, bow and arrow, etc. So, having Elf tactics and even elven magic wouldn’t really be all that surprising to me, Plus, he literally hasn’t aged a day and he’s supposedly forty-something, he HAS to be an Elf or some other magical/nearly immortal fuckery.

So when they tie everyone but the bard up Jaslier is ready to fucking go. He knows all the tactics and all the spells that only half work because he isn’t fueled by chaos or even order. He’s best at close combat with daggers, fists, and swords. However, he’ll utilize a bow if one his handy.

It takes him all but five minutes to get the room fully cleared of whoever happens to be in it. No one dies, of course, but several are wounded and all of them are unconscious. If anyone’s dead it’s because they turned around too early and Jask decided it was either kill them and live or leave them and get spotted. He obviously chose the ladder in order to remain a somewhat stealthy rogue.

He’s pretty badass for someone seen as a frilly lute player. He’s got daggers hidden in his boots and poison in his pockets just in case any shenanigans go down.
