0.50oz Gomme Simple
0.50oz Ginger Syrup
1bsp brine from fermented ginger.
Served up in a wide mouthed tea bowl. Garnish with a slice of fermented ginger.

Rinse of Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
Lemon Peel expressed & included

Fantasma
1.75 oz Casamigos Tequila Blanco
0.50 oz Amara Amaro D’Arancia Rossa Di Sicilia
0.50 oz Agave
1.00 oz blood orange
Pinch of sal de gusano.
Shaken of course.
Served up. Jasmine Essential Oil, dotted around the foot of the coupe (not to be ingested).
May need adjustment based on ripeness/acidity of blood orange, quality of agave. Tweak to taste, cut with lime if you need to up acidity.
