Honestly, there are storylines you can do with a Gwen Stacy resurrection.
For one, there's the Woman Out of Time aspect. Gwen Stacy's death was a decade ago in-universe. She died at the age of nineteen, her classmates are now celebrating their thirtieth birthdays. While the people who loved her have never forgotten her, the world has moved on without her.
There's also room to contrast the memory of her with the reality of her. How her loved ones remember her vs the reality of the person she was. How her flaws have been sanded down in their memories by time and unwillingness to criticize the dead. You can add a meeting with Spider-Gwen to this, with how Spider-Gwen is in some ways defined as the Gwen Stacy who survives.
And there's the things that have been done with her after her death. How will she react if she's told about the Clone Sagas? The versions of her that have died over and over again? If she has to face off against Miles Warren? If she's told that a demonic version of her friend faked a hidden affair and pregnancy to ruin her good name among her friends, and created children from her who were born to die?
If she's told about Gwen Warren, a biological daughter, created long after her death, with two people she's never met before.
Unlike a lot of characters who have died, so much has been done with Gwen Stacy post-mortem that there are tons of avenues to explore with the concept of bringing her back.
Will her new resurrection explore them?
Well, it's a Gwenpool book, existentialism is her thing, so I'd be honestly surprised if they didn't at least scratch the surface there.

A little prediction that I have for season 2 of YFNSM due to recent news:

There's a big difference between having your best friend stolen by a pretty boy and having him stolen by a pretty girl.
