side quest on my site revamp has been looking for stamps to display, so I went on a deviantart group to find any random stamp and, unfortunely, I found a transphobic stamp. awful but what caught my attetion was one comment I came across scrolling down

now, I could go on and on about how transphobic this is and how delusional the person is and yeah...

but I just can't get the second line out of my head. girl. what balls are you Waxing???? Who is forcing you to wax balls???? Are you good??? (no she isn't) like that is so random. "I'm not trained" well neither am I but apparently trans folk are Demanding free brazilian wax out of the cis.????????

website status!

the site is not really finished (if you go look, I practically haven’t touched it, aside from a blog going more in detail on what I’ve done so far), but I want to report on the features I’ve been working on, what I got so far and what’ll I add;

Functional Windows!

The windows can be dragged across the screen, minimized to a taskbar at the bottom, and some can be resized! Not all windows have this function, for example the main content window, the paint window, and the little welcome window stay in place, no reason to move them.

Music Player!

The js is courtesy of Dev+Coffee, it plays 4 of my favorite songs!

I made one of the windows to look like Paint just to display like a little profile picture, but I couldn’t help myself and made the buttons on the side change the drawing!

This one still in progress, since I ought to change the look of it, but its technically there!

Some Extras!

The little welcome window changes to a random image every time the page loads, the taskbar has a clock and the battery icon drains according to the time, icons on the bottom right that will change the iframe I’’l eventually add in the main window.

For now I’ll work on the other windows I want to add (Updates window, marquee with stamps, vid recommendations, maybe a To-Do list?) but I’m so tempted to make my own icon library, since the icons used in the page are from Font Awesome, which is a great free resource but I want the pixel art look on it.
