lately i’ve been feeling myself slip into a relapse of my ed

it’s expected that as summer approaches i’ll start to feel self conscious again but what i forgot about is the shame of my recovery

i feel shame for the “healthy” body that i have now and once again long for the one that concerned my mother

i hate how my fat touches when i bend over and how my arm fat spreads as i fold my arm

this is horribly written and i should probably be talking to a therapist about this but i guess i’m trying out tumblr for now :/
