Imagine Dirk not being able to sleep to he climbs into Todd’s bed. At first, Todd doesn’t wake up so Dirk makes that his opportunity to get comfortable. He ends up moving so much that Todd starts to grumble as he opens his eyes and looks at Dirk. Imagine almost immediately after, Todd closes his eyes, being too tired to deal with Dirk’s shit that he just lets him cuddle into him.

Kinda angsty prompt: Dirk sometimes has nightmares where Todd gets hurt/dies etc. So whenever that happens he quietly sneaks into Todd’s room to make sure that he’s okay. Lately he’s got into the habit of watching Todd sleep sitting and falling asleep on the bed. Todd wakes up one night as Dirk is walking into his room. He doesn’t say anything except “come here” and lifts the covers. Dirk gets in and they fall asleep.Bonus: Todd knew Dirk did this but never said anything about it

I hope you don't mind a random mini-rant, but I recently discovered Dirk Gently and just got to The Bandaid Scene. I have, uh, at lot of feelings about this, but the prevailing mood is: Todd: *spends 5 eps trying to convince Dirk that he is an all-round shitty person* Dirk: this small grumpy disaster is my Favorite Human <3333 Todd: *spills his darkest secret in a last-ditch effort to prove his worthlessness* Dirk: I'm ... actually kinda pissed at him ... nOW HOW DO I HEAL HIS SOUL

Do you think they'll renew for a season 3? I love love LOVEEEE this show too much for it to end this early. I feel like there's so much potential for development and we were only just getting glimpses into Dirk's life and exactly what his and Amanda's role are in fixing the broken universe. And Bart -- my goodness, I want to see her character development and her relationship with Ken progress, even if it seems like he's the antagonist right now!

I really really hope they renew it! The show has just so much depth and so many layers that they can’t cancel it! Bart is one of my favourite character and her character development over the seasons have been fantastic. Watching her grow into a... human, has been an awesome experience! I also would love have more tell on Dirk’s life and who he actually is.
