fun story time

so me, being the most awkward and shy and anxious and did i say i was awkward and shy and anxious person ever, i always say ‘boo’ instead of ‘hello’ because a)i like to scare people and b)i think it’s a casual way to announce my presence

i also say ‘i’m alarmed’ instead of ‘i’m concerned’ or ‘i’m scared’

and apparently when you say ‘boo’ you’re saying ‘i alarm/i am alarming/i do alarm’ bc it’s a latin verb so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

that one fanfic that looks a little freaky (weird) but you cant find anything else so you read it anyway and end up sort of liking it and has you questioning who you really are

hehehe how ‘bout them liper headcanons literally nobody asked for

piper hangs out in the hephaestus cabin all the time. by now she knows all of the cabin 9 kids by name and they don’t even bat an eye when she goes to lie down on leo’s bed using his super secret code (which he did not tell her, but the hephaestus kids are cool and won’t rat her out)

leo not-so-subtly skips a lot of his camp training classes (including the masonry class he teaches) to hang out with piper

whenever the campers are permitted to go into town the first place the two of them hit up is a froyo shop in manhattan (and leo always buys)

they’re the 2 most likely demigods to be caught doing inappropriate things after hours

they’re lucky they weren’t eaten by harpies

as much as leo would love to stay cooped up in bunker nine while he’s working on his projects, he always comes out to eat because 1) piper is in the mess hall waiting for him and 2) that’s it, because piper

if one of them ever volunteers to go on a quest, the other quickly raises their hand right after because there’s no way in hell they’re going to let their gf/bf get themselves killed (and jason raises his hand along with them because, um hello? tlh squad UNITE)

the most stupid thing they’ve ever done together was prank the stolls. the stolls. long story short, the next few months were filled with merciless pranks from cabin 11

piper offered to give leo sword fighting lessons once and he laughed in her face

leo had this phase where he refused to cut his hair for like a month and it got so big and fluffy that piper crawled into his cabin one night and cut it so short that the next morning all you could hear in camp was his screams

this is how he found out that piper had his super secret code

(and why he doesn’t care anymore when he finds her sleeping there after a long day of monster-slaying)

(and why he curls up next to her every time)

(and why he cut off a lock of her hair in revenge)

LEO AND PIPER CUDDLES OKAY

Just imagine it’s winter time and Piper gets back from walking in the snow. She’s freezing cold, soaked to the bone and wants to cry cause today has just been horrible so Leo drags her over to the couch and they cuddle and drink tea until Piper is warm and she falls asleep with her head on his shoulder.

Piper probably takes Leo shopping cause he literally has no nice clothes.

He feels bad that he’s making her pay for everything but she’s like “dude chill my dad is a movie star.”

They stop to get ice cream and share a sundae cause they are losers.

Lots and lots of kisses on the cheek.

Piper has really bad dreams about the quest she went on with Jason and Leo (aka the lost hero quest) about losing her dad so she sneaks over to Leo’s cabin in the middle of the night and they normally stay up talking for a few hours or until she calms down.

Other times she has a nightmare about losing Leo so she will sneak into his cabin again but just crawl into bed with him instead and fall asleep.

Piper and Leo sometimes wrestle and Piper always kicks his ass.

She will also personal kick anyone’s ass who causes any kind of harm to Leo.

Leo trying to braid Pipers hair but sucks at it so he puts pipe cleaners in it instead and calls her a Piper Cleaner.

She laughs really hard at that and hates it at the same time.

LEO’S AND PIPER’S FRIENDSHIP IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME OKAY

so one day hazel and piper are hanging out in bunker nine with leo when piper gets annoyed at the aBSOLUTE MESS since literally all of his clothes are just thrown on the floor. so she starts picking up some the proper way and goes to hang them in the closet when leo is like wAIT PIPER NO, but she opens the closest anyway and (no leo is not inside but) inside are sweaters, made by hand, perfectly arranged by color, followed by scarves, some hats, and a sewing kit. and piper holds in her laughter because she’s kind of amazed that this klutz can make such beautiful designs with such detail without burning them or anything

“you knit?”

“no! i crochet…”

and she’s literally trying sO HARD NOT TO LAUGH.

“ah, crocheting, very macho.”

buT MEANWHILE HAZEL IS SO EXCITED AND IS LIKE OMG ME TOO AND SHE STARTS COMPLIMENTING LEOS TECHNIQUE AND WANTS HIM TO GIVE HER SOME TIPS so now leo and hazel crochet together every monday at four pm and it’s just the two of them until they find out nico has a secret hobby.
