I cannot understand love triangles for the life of me. Like if I and another person both liked someone, my goal wouldn't be to compete with them, it would be to make them fall for me too. Triangles are much more stable shapes. Triads are much more stable chords. Why would we make them choose when we could care for them together. Plus if I don't fall in love with someone in some capacity after spending time with them they probably don't pass the vibe check anyway
