yeah so smt1 is finally officially translated which is cool! these scans aren’t though, haha. there are some blur/cut-off pages due to the binding and my lousy scanning, but i hope it’s not too bad :v

i probably won’t translate these myself but if anyone wants to tackle these feel free to ask me for transcripts of pages that are too blur to read or something.

actually idk if these have been scanned already but enjoy anyway! might scan the smt2 gag battle book next time, but probably not the thick-ass anthology comic books..

Playing Dragon Quest 7 but drawing the maps and writing down clues, because it’s easy to get lost in this game. This is the first area in the past that Hero, Kiefer and Maribel visit. After having opened up the Shrine of Awakening. Drawing maps was necessary before the Internet was a thing. I remember trying to keep track with a notebook as a child for games such as Metroid on the NES. There was also a Nintendo magazine that helped us out a lot 😂
