🌞 Day 18 - 📘 Rich Dad Poor Dad
📍
We should know a little about a lot.
🧗🏾♂️
"If you’re not a good leader, you’ll get shot in the back."
💼
"Job is an acronym for Just Over Broke.”
👷🏽♂️
It's true that "Workers work hard enough to not be fired, and owners pay just enough so that workers won’t quit.”
🙍🏽♂️
Just as rich can afford better education they will be able to keep themselves alive too. Because the poor patient in the queue will never get same priority as rich.
🤸🏽♂️
"Life is much like going to the gym. The most painful part is deciding to go. Once you get past that, it’s easy."
🔎
Everyone is focused on building a better product, but ignore the fact that they need to know the business system.
🎎
There are lot of talented people in the world and they earn so less because they don't know how to sell what they know.
🤓
"The more specialized you become, the more you are trapped and dependent on that specialty."
🤯
We should focus on our learning always, in short-term we may not get any benefits but in the long run we surely do.
💱
Selling and marketing can teach you a ton of stuff related to communication, negotiation and most importantly how to handle rejection.
💸
"To receive money, you had to give money. Giving money is the secret to most great wealthy families."
🤔
Nobody likes the idea of losing money but it's hard to find a rich who never lost money. Whereas poor never lost a dime.
🐣
"If you hate risk and worry, start early. If you start young, it’s easier to be rich."
🛡️
Most people don't get financial success, because they play safe.
🌝
"Everybody wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die. Most people dream of being rich, but are terrified of losing money. So they never get to heaven."
🤕
"For most people, the reason they don’t win financially is because the pain of losing money is far greater than the joy of being rich."
💪🏽
Use your failure to inspire yourself and become a winner. It's the formula for all winners.

🌞 Day 17 - 📘 Rich Dad Poor Dad 🏊🏽 "Often in the real world, it’s not the smart who get ahead, but the bold." 🤑 You should be excited about making millions than worrying about not getting a raise. 😎 The person who has the timely information, owns the wealth. ♻️ In life people just sit there and wait for the opportunity. If they get the opportunity then they think they don't have the money and people who got the money can't the see the opportunity. 🤔 "Few people realize that luck is created, just as money is." 💸 "The more real you think money is, the harder you will work for it. If you can grasp the idea that money is not real, you will grow richer faster." 🤯 The most powerful asset is our mind. A well trained mind can create enormous wealth but an untrained mind can create extreme poverty. 🏦 If you have the financial intelligence then you don't need to be on your knees to beg for your job during market change. Instead you can use this opportunity to make money instead. 🎰 "It is not gambling if you know what you’re doing. It is gambling if you’re just throwing money into a deal and praying." 👶 Humans are designed for making mistakes and learn from them, fall down and get up. But school punishes for making mistakes. 😟 "The main reason most people are not rich is because they are terrified of losing. Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success." 🕵🏽♂️ "Investing is not buying. It’s more a case of knowing." 📘 Pages: 21, ⏰ Time: 37 minutes

Keep your daytime job, but start buying real assets, not liabilities." 🔖 Tax was there to take from Rich and give it poor, but as the money coming in, government appetite increased and it soon came to the middle class and kept trickling down. 🤔 No matter how much you try to take from the rich by the name of tax, Rich people will come up with ideas to waive off. And the middle class need to pay for it. 🛅 Corporation is nothing but some legal documents without soul to protect rich people's wealth. 👨🏾🎤 "With money comes great power that requires the right knowledge to keep it and make it multiply. Without that knowledge, the world pushes you around." 🏋🏽 To get out of the employee trap you should work harder, so you can invest more. 😎 You're not going to get anything suing a wealthy individual, because they control everything but owns nothing. It’s how much you keep, and how many generations you keep it." 🤔 "Rich people acquire assets. The poor and middle class acquire liabilities that they think are assets.” 👨🏽🏫 In school what is missing is financial education. When a student get out of the institution, excel in their careers, earn money, then he/she has no idea what to do with these money. 💰 Self knowledge is a treasure. 🏘️ "When it comes to houses, most people work all their lives paying for a home they never own. In other words, most people buy a new house every few years, each time incurring a new 30-year loan to pay off the previous one." 💱 Mutual Funds are for those who don't want to self educate themselves about investing. 👴 "Wealth is a person’s ability to survive so many number of days forward—or, if I stopped working today, how long could I survive?"
