Yes i know it looks weird but it tastes pretty good lol.
You need:
1 banana (i used exactly 113g so it would come to 100cals)
2 egg whites (35cals)
Some baking powder
How to:
Mash the banana and add your baking powder
Mix the egg whites in a seperate bowl until bubbly
Put them together and mix
Add in a pan and doneeee
You could definitely make more than one but i wanted to go for a big one lol it's gonna look like it's burnt but its not 😂
I also added about 150g strawberrys and some powdered sugar :)

new goal plan
first and foremost: no sugar
as long as i’m unable to work out: 10k steps a day at least
count every calorie, limit is 1400, anything is under is good. net at 1100 should be sustainable but higher or lower is good too
be well groomed every day. that includes being shaved, having plugged eyebrows, well done nails, put together outfits, wear deodorant, use chapstick, etc
pay special attention to protein intake: 50-70g a day at least should be reached
limit gum. situations that are okay: when going out, in the club, before/during making out, after eating.
eating when coming home drunk is important and often times essential. don’t cut it out
leave house every single day. essential for mental health
pack your days full of activity and interaction. going out and sleeping in is amazing too
get enough sleep. important for getting healthy fast (clear up skin, work out, feel better) and for limiting hunger and cravings + a healthy body in general

NEW PLAN OMG
i gained 1.1kg in the last week (less than i planned for!!!)
SO: im loosing 1.5 this week with a net of 900 a day
—> tomorrow im going to a pool party so that no carbonated drinks, gum, sugar and beans for me to avoid bloating lmao
im out every night till thursday and the same goes for next week which means i can avoid dinner/substitute it for a snack
working out is same as always, 1h weight lifting unless i binged, in which case it’s cardio
filling my days with tasks and meet-ups is the way to go for me!! also walking around is so good and healthy
maybe i’ll start 13:11 fasting again that’s easy
limit alcohol to party days!!! it is frankly concerning that i struggle with drinking only 4/7 days a week lmao
