Hi everyone 🤗 I’m Linh, the new one, I’m a 17 years old girl from Vietnam 🇻🇳 Here is one of the best cakes i’ve made. I saw it in Instagram and it’s called Mini Victoria’s Sponge, named after the queen of England 🧁 The cake was so beautiful and attractive that i wanted to make it.

This cake is popular with strawberry jam filling but I wanted it to be fresh so I made marmalade. And you know? The taste was awesome, cool and sweet. It was so delicious that i couldn’t stop eating 🤤

In my opinion, this cake is very suitable for tea parties because it easies to make and very luxurious 👸🏻
