ok using all of my knowledge for this one (which is admittedly very little)

id expect that they can get HIV from eating people?]

im about to get put on a list but i believe its possible so id imagine ghouls could contract most diseases that humans can contract

then as for spreading since RC cells dont really attack in their own right (right?), they only regenerate since there's so many of them, then i suppose it would regenerate the immune system? (i mean it probably defintely would, the whole regenerating thing would be pointless if their guts were ruptured inside)

so it'd be like a cycle where the immune system is attacked, regenerates, attacked, regenerates, etc. in a big fat loop forever and ever

tho maybe with all the battles these ghoullas (fellas+ghouls) get into theyd bleed all the bad cells out and be perfectly fine !

I had a dream where Shuu Tsukiyama was my coworker and they had to keep sending me home because everytime I saw him I would immediately drop whatever I was doing to go beat him up and it got so bad they had to start putting up signs that said people aren't allowed to beat up the coworkers so I started stabbing him instead.
